Kandace Denitra The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair service. I was quoted a price twice for a rotor and brakes replacement. I then was called hours later with a new price that was 200 dollars extra. I chose to take my service elsewhere. When I picked up my car and drove 2 minutes down the road my car was shaking. It wasn’t shaking when I dropped it off. I later found out my tire had not been put back on completely. The bolts could be twisted by my bare hand and the wheel had not been pushed in. I called to inform the owner and he wouldn’t even come to the phone to apologize. I am left to feel this was done because I chose not to do business with them.

Desmond Searcy I took my vehicle this morning to get one issue fixed that I was positive was the issue. They were honest and told me what it was . They didn’t charge me or try to take my money. Billy & Pat Guin What a blessing! I was given an estimate from another reputable automotive repair company but I went to Erickson to get a second estimate. After they had time to research the parts needed, I received a call back later that day with an estimate over $1,000. LESS than the first. Here it is, 3 days later: they got all the parts in 2 days and did all the work in half a day, including a full tuneup. Now my car drives like new! We’re so very grateful for their team of mechanics.

Lavendra Shootes I am very disappointed in the customer service at BMW of Albany. They consistently do not have front desk help to answer the telephone. My car was in need of having a tire changed since it does not have a place for a spare tire. When I called to get an update and to pick up a loaner I was told no car was available after customer support informed me in a text that arrangements were made. The sales representative who finally answered the phone told me that the service support was busy and that no cars were available. He was rude in expressing I need to get in line. When I make my payments on the I7e you did not tell me to get in line. I was treated better at Nissan.

James White Today I am giving BMW of Albany a one star rating for their service department Managers Customer Service, Customer Care, & Communication! We waited two weeks for an appointment. They were supposed to deliver a courtesy vehicle and take our vehicle to the shop. I must emphasize since we purchased this vehicle and had it serviced using the same protocols at BMW Albany we have NEVER had an issue like this. We received a message on 8/15/22 in the a.m. that the service manager new what the problem was and we needed to be walked through a diagnostic/repair. My wife and I were not available to do that. My wife called and spoke with the manager and informed him she was on a conference call and I was at work. (Our car inadvertently changed lanes while operating with no input from the driver; scary!) I left two messages for the service manager, one at approximately 10:10 a.m. and another at approximately 4:00p.m. I did not receive a response or resolution. Thus the one star ⭐ rating.

Maria Guillen Their customer service was horrible, they dont keep their word with anything. They give you a certain price, and then change when it comes time to pay. They never answer the phone. They keep adding things on to your bill without consulting with you. I will never bring any of my cars to them, as they like to rip you off .

Tommy Bell The only complaint I have is the lack of communication and accountability. I just dont think "white glove" service exists anymore. August 30th 2024, Jan 10, 2025, Feb 11th 2025 & Feb 20th 2025 are the dates of service and the combined amount spent $4,560.06. The labor cost jumped from 143.00 per hour to 155.00 per hour. For that amount of money spent the communication was horrible. Every time my car was serviced I had to call due to my car not being ready on the date advised. From babies being born(blessing), people out with the bubble guts, to multiple techs called out sick, to the vendor didnt deliver the fluids/parts, to itll be ready tomorrow by the close of business... I only found this stuff out because I called. Only once I received a call to be advised MB sent the wrong part. The young lady at the desk should call it quits; you can sense her lack of compassion for any inconveniences. Shes seen my face at least 1/2 dozen times and still didnt recognize a paying customer. No gas cards, no discounts of any sort, nothing to say "customer this is our fault and we simply want to make it right." Ive given it multiple chances. Not to mention I also got an estimate for additional work that totaled another 4k... I think Ill look for a new shop at this point. There are signs all over the shop about extra charges, if youre grouchy, mean, etc a 200.00 charge, if you watch 165 per hr, if you help 175 per hour, if you worked on it first then bring it to them 195.00 per hour... although this may be a joke, the communication levels isnt. Beating the customer to the punch equals referrals and customer retention.

Marzetta Sampson We have been using Skips for several years to repair our cars and we have been very satisfied. The office staff is very kind and understanding I enjoy them. The mechanics explain the problem in a way that I can understand - I appreciate that. I dont ever feel like I have been overcharged.

Captain Greg Griffis Not happy to say the least! Had a flat on a tractor and called them about 6:00PM. Wouldn’t give me a service call price, the lady in the background said, “ he wants it tonight?”, and said they could come the next morning!!! Their ad on radio says “after hours service” BS. I had to dump out about $1,000 worth of spray that went bad overnight and took tire to another tire place. They don’t have to worry about me again. Pitiful business!

Bullseye Pressure Washing 5 stars just is not enough for this company. If i could give them more i definitely would. I cant say enough great things about the owner Mitchell and his staff they treat you like family and do the job right with great prices. In a day where customer service seems lost the guys and ladies at Four Cs Tire are a shining example of the way people are supposed to be treated at any business and i see nothing but success in there future. Jason Super friendly and fair pricing. Friend of mine and I were travelling through GA and had a blowout on our trailer. Luckily we were only a few miles from Pearson but it was 5pm. If you know anything about small GA towns, good luck finding anything open. Anyways, I Google local tire shops and Four Cs is first on the list but, the app said they may be CLOSED! Oh no! Well, I called and the lady that answered said to come on by and they had the tire we needed, installed and we were back on the road quickly! Only in the South can you get service like that. They really went the extra mile for us and we appreciate it!

Fred Harvey This shop gave me the worst experience ever. They had my truck for a whole year for break work. They changed the break calipers and my break pedal started going to the floor. They kept giving me the run around for a year then just say they cant fix it, but made sure he asked for and got payment. Only thing he could say was he was embarrassed but hes a so called mechanic. I wouldnt recommend anybody go there!!!!!!

Cartavious Wallace I had taken my vehicle to them 2 months ago in reference to a mis coming out of the exhaust,and I only took it because someone told me how great Mr Russell was with cars,he rushed me to come pick it up saying he needed the space in which my car was(outside in the holding pin with 3 other cars and had room for 10 more cars the moral of the story is I paid $989 and my vehicle runs the exact same the only difference is omw home it cut off 3 times(I WILL NEVER!)

I only did it because I didnt want to pay $60 plus for an oil change. I didnt want to pay the $47 plus. I told the gentleman I know you all have lost customers.

Brandon My truck was leaking coolant and the engine started running hot. I spoke with them and left it there for repair. They called me several times informing me of things that needed to be fixed and cost. They were polite and easy to deal with. I felt the prices were very reasonable and they had my vehicle ready the next day. I would highly recommend using them. They will be my go to mechanic going forward. 9/19/23 Keeping my word, my starter went out on my truck this week in the midst of moving out of my apartment and I took it to Haymans again. They had it ready in 4 hours and the price was very agreeable. They saved the day for me because I had to be moved out by the next day. Im sure I got lucky with the timing because I wasnt expecting it to be ready the same day but Im also not complaining haha. These people keep a clean shop, very polite and friendly and give off the "good ol boys" vibe. I cant recommend them enough.
