Meagan Gaddis Very dissatisfied with the customer service in the service department. Someone was supposed to call me so I could pay my bill. I had to call after a week because no one ever called. My bill wasnt right so another week or two passed and again no one called. So I called again, my bill was still wrong, they were able to fixed it, but the bill was still outrageous. They didnt offer an apology or anything for the inconvenience this has caused just made excuses. Wont go here again.

Caleb Jefferson I brought my vehicle to the service department to have an exhaust leak repaired. They came back and told me there were several things wrong with it, told me that they would call me and let me know how much it would be. Hadn’t heard anything, so I called them back. They said they would call me back, never did, I called back again got put on hold. Finally got told my vehicle would be ready the next day. Never heard anything, so I called back got put on hold for 20 minutes. Told me my vehicle would be ready the next day. Same story the next day. Called, got put on hold. Said vehicle would be ready the next day, and they would call me that day and give me an update. Never heard back. Didn’t hear back the next day so I called them at 5pm, they close at 530. Got put on hold, stayed on hold till 530. Tried calling again, no answer. Finally got in touch with the receptionist, she said the service dept had all gone home for the day.
I spoke with the GM, he was helpful. Had answers for me in 20 minutes. And got a loaner vehicle for me. The GM told me that the parts had just arrived that day, and he didn’t know why the service department had told me my vehicle would be ready sooner.
Vehicle was finally ready three days later, when I finally got the bill they charged me more than what was quoted, call back and was placed on hold again, after another phone call they finally fixed the price. Overall, very unhappy with the customer service at the service department. I will not be returning. If I can’t trust you to do what you tell me you’re going to do with a simple phone call, why would I trust you to do the repairs on my vehicle. The GM and Israel were very helpful though when I finally spoke with them.
