ellen cain I contacted Barry about my 2018 Honda Pilot which i purchased new in 2018 and was told by Honda I needed a new timing belt kit. I took it to C and C to get a quote and they called me back within 30 minutes to tell me the cost. The cost was a factor of course but they were so helpful and accommodating. I took my pilot on Tuesday and got it back on Wednesday afternoon. They are thorough and very nice and pleasant to deal with. I wouldnt from here on out take my vehicle to anyone else .

I took it to multiple Mechanics before meeting Chris & they all said things wrong with my car that cost a lot of money that wasn’t even the issue with my car .. Then I met Chris & he FINALLY Diagnosed my car the right way . It didn’t matter if it was a $5 or $500 part . He was honest !! . Chris knows his stuff that’s for sure ! Even before seeing my car he could just about tell me already what it sounded to be like . Alex Travis Family owned and operated. Chris and his wife are extremely professional. Kept me informed, saved me thousands in comparison to the dealer, and most importantly did an amazing job repairing my Maserati Ghibli’s fuel system. He cleaned my valves, replaced both fuel rails, 6 injectors, intake gasket, throttle body gasket and even did an oil change. Once Chris started the work it was complete in two days(including ordering parts)! I highly recommend this place.

Unruly Ghoulie EDIT: We had to take them to court to get our money back. NOT A MECHANIC. These guys will ruin your car and take advantage of you.This isnt even a business! Its a couple of guys doing it out of their yard in a trailer park. They have no idea what they are doing and strip bolts while they are doing it and thats if they remember to put them in! Worst "mechanic" Ive ever seen, and isnt even qualified enough to be doing oil changes. He cross threaded the fitting on the radiator and we had to get a new radiator. The motor mounts were not bolted down. The AC compressor was not bolted in. It was missing an air compressor line. So much more wrong!! Was told everything would be fine for the engine swap and now I have no dipstick. The kid (Lynn Cummings) wont fix or finish the job and refuses to give back the money he "needed" to finish the job after being given MANY chances. See ya in court, Lynn!!

Donovan foster From start to finish I had the most professional customer service I could’ve asked for. Which is sometimes rare around here. Every person I talked to, even if it wasn’t my service technician, was easy to talk to, quick to think of solutions, and kept you well informed every step of the way. Would give 10 stars if possible. Chris Calhoun Have a Honda Accord with a Transmission solenoid problem that other repair shops didnt want to touch. These guys replace and fix it with no problem at a good price. Definitely recommend.

Ollie Noel Said they could do a rebuild on a drop off transmission in 2 weeks. 2 months later it was ready and the original quote almost doubled. Nothing but attitude from them during the whole ordeal. Cost me the time and trans I dropped off as I had to purchase another one (elsewhere)to get my truck going. Couldn’t give a 0/5 star review unfortunately.

Anthony Zimlich Honesty, integrity and professionalism are just a few words to describe Quiet Storm. I can not say enough great things about this shop. My vehicle was towed there after it catastrophically broke down and they diagnosed and fixed the problems with little to no visible malfunctions. They showed me what the problem was, explained it thoroughly and was spot on with the time required to fix it. The shop is impeccably clean, friendly and restores my faith in honest workmanship. Being from out of town, they communicated incredibly and charged me a very fair price. The receptionist/office manager (Michelle) and owner himself (Kenny) treated me like family and they pay attention to the small details. Ill make the two hour drive in a heartbeat just to use this shop again. 10 stars!

Chazmin Archer I highly recommend using this business for all your car needs!! Tracy was very nice and friendly. Kenny explained everything to me and asked questions to find out what was going on with my car. I called around trying to find someone to look at it but Quiet Storm took care of my car the same exact day, which other auto shops were giving me 2-3 days for a timeframe just to look at my car. Highly affordable and support black businesses!!

Jane Elliott This is no longer an Automotive place. It is a Turkish restaurant with $HIGH$ prices, but the salads were good. Only one waitress when we visited at 5PM. $30+ dollars for 2 salads & 2 waters.

Derek Gary Jr. Ill be honest this place, the team, and its staff are life savers, literally. The story: Im active duty military and long story short I was trying to pcs and ship my vehicle, the emergency brakes needed to be replaced to have it shipped and I ended up running into a nightmare w/ trying to have shops replace them because the shops will say theyre knowledgeable with replacing brakes (shoes, drums, rotors, caliber etc) but are only knowledgeable about rotors or pads and sometimes not even that, being that I left the original place not only with my vehicle making a rubbing noise on the brakes but the E brakes not even working smh. So then I found this place called them had a same day appointment and not only the they fix the brakes, plus the bs work previously done but also gave me a Military discount on top of essentially hanging out and showing how to do the job myself the whole time. Because im a certified audi mechanic prior to the military but I know nothing about drum breaks or carburetor because those thing arent in use much these days. And this is why im leaving this lengthy review because these guy gave me a fair price for the parts and the labor n they actually dont just replace things they fix em and its a huge difference. My only regret is that I didnt find them sooner.

emily vanwormer I called looking to get my trailing arm bushing pressed , they said they could do it bring it on Monday which I called Friday . I came in on Monday around 9 AM they said we will call when they are done they didn’t say how much it was . They called me around 3:29 PM said they needed a piece that I MADE at home to help them use it to push my bushing in , I brought it over and they called me 4:02 PM and said my stuff was done and ready for pickup . When I arrived to pick them up they said it was 2 hours of labor and wanted $350+ so I could get my part back . Absolutely ridiculous , it took no where the time they wanted to charge me to just press the bushings in with MY tool . It took less than 45 minutes time stamped with the phone calls . I told the women I didn’t have that money I would have to come back and she said she could ask the owner and call me back . When they called back they said he was going to charge me for taking them out and in I said why would you do that I already had them out when I brought them here it was to ONLY PRESS IN and they said the “best they could do was take an hour off” . If I would’ve known the price BEFORE I would’ve allowed my husband to just get a press from the store . I probably would never return my business here or recommend but I will say the women tried to be as nice as she could be and the tech who brought out my part was friendly as well .

Kayla Jacobs I honestly was really glad when I saw their shop go up off 56 because I was glad to have a mechanic nearby. The owners seemed so nice and I honestly think they are good people. We had our AC repair, oil changed, tires rotated and balanced, and light bulbs changed all around the vehicle.

Young-Jae Cho Mr. Jin was able to help me resolve a flat tire within minutes of inspecting my tire, when other auto shops could not find the source of the problem. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Rachel Cho Mr. Jin is quick with his work without compromising quality, hes honest, and affordable. Ive taken my old jeep to other auto repair shops and spent hundreds more than needed. I came to Jins shop and he figured out what was wrong and fixed my problem for less than $50! Ill definitely be a regular customer.

RNT This is the place to go if you have a classic Mercedes 126, 123, 124 from the 70s to the early 90s. Zack, the owner, was shop manager for many years at Rader Mercedes in Augusta before retiring and starting his own business , and he knows these vehicles like the back of his hand and provides great service at a fair price... NOTE: Mercedes dealers are no longer servicing classic Mercedes as the great hands-on classic Mercedes mechanics are now more like computer technicians than "mechanics".

Keith Drudy Had an awful experience at the Chevy dealership with my 2017 volt. I thought they were my only option, but after 6 weeks, I was willing to take a chance. I’m glad I did. C&C is awesome. They did a “first time” repair in replacing my battery energy control module within a few days. Car runs great again. Thanks for the transparent communication, willingness to try something new, and doing what the dealership could not!

I needed to be seen that morning and I found Smith’s auto Repair on line and booked an appointment. I brought my vehicle in and even though they were booked they still saw me. They checked out my truck and had us back on the road in a very timely manner. They were so friendly and helpful to me. I highly recommend them. Shaun Golden I usually try to promote black owned businesses, especially being one myself. I pride myself on being patient, and trying to be understanding when it comes to getting swamped with customers. With that being said, I really hate having to say that I seriously discourage anyone from bringing their vehicle to this establishment. I had my sons car towed to this place at the end of Feb 2022, and they gave us the run around for over a month. Today is April 11, 2022, and the car is still not fixed. The car has sat so long, as you can see in the picture, the tire has gone flat. Im having to get it towed again to another shop. They only have one (1) mechanic, and customer service is horrible. Do not, I repeat DO NOT take your car to this place. If you do, youre doing so at your own risk!

Golden Family this shop "worked on" my sons work van. I say that in quotes because they did not fix the problem, and in fact created new ones. The lack of customer service from the owner, the lack of consistent pricing, all coupled with the fact that they said they fixed it TWICE but didnt warrants this review. I wish I could give less than 1 star, I wouldnt recommend this "repair shop" to an enemy.
