Danielle Clark Contacted Jimmy and Dena’s this morning to tow a vehicle. Told it would be after lunch until someone could get to my tow. Called back at 4:30 only to be told they looked at my address and didn’t want to work with my driveway? I was transparent about my location and told Mr.Jimmy what it was like before setting up the service. Very unprofessional to not call me back to let me know this… now I’m stuck finding someone else in a pinch and paying more for it. Very sad!

Mike. Dont ever go here. Everyone makes mistakes. I tried to reason and even compromise with them. Their tech put too much air in my spare trailer tire. They say its tool old and refuse to replace their mistake. I asked how much for new. I already know its $50 as I just looked online for p185/75r14. They wanted $125. Im now reaching out to our chamber of commerce, the BBB, and calling attorneys on their mistake and refusal to even try to make it right.

They drained and replaced my oil completely free of charge, making sure my car was safe to continue my journey. Andrew Harris Excellent experience getting an opinion about a transmission on short notice. Office person and mechanic were extremely pleasant when my friend’s car got towed there at 5:00 pm the day before a holiday, and took the time to investigate a transmission issue more in-depth than I expected. Gave honest and helpful assessment of the issue, and did not put any pressure on my friend to make a significant repair decision. I only wish I lived nearby so I could bring my regular business back.

Courtney M Awesome! Our driver had a water pump break while delivering a load. He pulled over and thankfully was 10min away. I called B&N at 2pm, they had him bring it in and saw him immediately. He was out and back on the road by 4:30. And the price was reasonable, no over selling, no up-charging. Extremely grateful for this team. Great place to do business!

Veronica Ferron My sister and I with our two young kids were broke down and we are from NC. This is the only man that would help. I called my insurance for a tow truck and it was 3 hours out but would not transport us all leaving us to figure out our own way. The DOT wouldnt help and the police would not help. This man and his family and Chancy towing have showed us true compassion through out our awful time. His sister dropped us off at hotel and will pick us up when my vehcile is done. They are a true God send and my family and I cant thank them enough..

Andrea Lormand HONEST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE EXCELLENT PRICING I went in there to get my oil changed, the people were friendly, very accommodating, and very efficient. They did an absolutely great job on my oil change. I had no dripping oil like I’ve had in the past from other places not cleaning off the plastic underneath my vehicle. I honestly, put them to a test. Being a female you run into a lot of people that are dishonest. So I asked questions that I already knew the answer to. These people had no idea that I have five certificates in auto mechanics. I just don’t want to work on my own vehicle at my house because I don’t have time and I am only at home for two days a week. They not only were completely honest with me, but they explained things very easily. I will definitely use them in the future because there’s nothing like finding a good hometown automotive shop that doesn’t inflate cost and lie to people just to make money. These people get an A+ in my book.

Zackary Dennis I went to Thompson CDJR to buy a new jeep wrangler not really knowing what i wanted or the changes in technology and body styling with the 2025 Jeep wranglers. Alexander Johnson (Alex) was my salesman. When it comes to Jeeps, there is no better subject matter expert than Alex. He showed me all the options between trim levels and 2 door vs 4 door, manual vs auto and let me and my wife test drive them all. He explained the differences between the features and advances in technology between the 2025 wrangler and older model years (JK wranglers) which i was familiar with. In the end i purchased my 2025 4 door wrangler manual with factory soft top which my wife and i love. My Jeep Grand Cherokee looks like new again, thanks to the thorough repair job they accomplished! And it was ready early! They were super flexible when I brought my vehicle in, explained the entire process, and guided me through every step of the way. The staff kept in contact with me throughout the repair and claims process, notifying me of progress along the way. Simply great to work with! I drove 30 miles out of town for this dealership & repair center, (past my local jeep dealer) on the advice of a local auto parts employee and I definitely made the right choice! 10/10 Would recommend!

Anita Utter Service since covid really has gotten bad. Takes 2 1/2-3 hrs for oil change, cant get your car in unless they keep it for a week just to fix auto lights and radio software issue. Will never buy another vehicle from here. You pay for a plan and really cant use it very unsatisfied.
