5 /5 Charles Lombardi: Perfectly excellent experience here at Thomson Collision Repair. The service was amazing, the staff are all super nice and made the entire process as painless as possible. My Jeep Grand Cherokee looks like new again, thanks to the thorough repair job they accomplished! And it was ready early! They were super flexible when I brought my vehicle in, explained the entire process, and guided me through every step of the way. The staff kept in contact with me throughout the repair and claims process, notifying me of progress along the way. Simply great to work with! I drove 30 miles out of town for this dealership & repair center, (past my local jeep dealer) on the advice of a local auto parts employee and I definitely made the right choice! 10/10 Would recommend!

1 /5 Anita Utter: Service since covid really has gotten bad. Takes 2 1/2-3 hrs for oil change, cant get your car in unless they keep it for a week just to fix auto lights and radio software issue. Will never buy another vehicle from here. You pay for a plan and really cant use it very unsatisfied.

I can tell that Tim really loves his job and does all he can to get the best deal for his customers! GO SEE TIM!

5 /5 janine kurkowski: The service department was great! Was going to shuttle me to work until window fixed. But rushed and got me on my way in about and hour. Thankfully I can work remote and ticked away in the childrens waiting area (not occupied)
