Emily Justice I wish there was an option to add a + to the five stars because if I could give this company more than five stars I would. The experience I had with Dean‘s auto collision was unlike any experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop after an accident. They finished my car in a reasonable amount of time, their communication was top-notch, and my car looks good as new! To speak to the above and beyond communication; anytime they would run into an issue or if I called to get info on my car, they answered immediately every time or called me back immediately every single time. I was not left wondering what the status of my car was or when it would be returned because they made sure to keep me informed every step of the way! They also worked with my insurance company for payment (less my deductible), so that I didn’t even have to coordinate with my insurance company. They handled the whole process! I simply paid my deductible upon pick up and that was all I had to worry about. On top of this accident, I also needed my air fixed and one other issue fixed from a previous wreck and those services they provided were affordable. I will forever take my vehicles back to Dean‘s and will recommend anyone else take their vehicles to Dean’s for any body work!

Haley Warren Would recommend Deans Collision 10 out of 10. I had to have my vehicle repaired after road damage. I dropped the vehicle off last Thursday and got it back within a WEEK!! Such a great turn around. The service and staff are terrific! Go to Deans for ALL your body shop repairs!!

Donna Hayes While traveling from Tennessee to Georgia on the Saturday after the 4th of July, our truck started having a "charging system failure", aka alternator issues. It was 2 pm and we panic called this shop. The shop owner, Mr. Mike, answered and mentioned that they were about to close up shop but to head his way. We did and Mr. Mike called me back and told me to turn off all the electrical components that I could and if we broke down, he would come get us. He even wanted to know our vin number so that he could start trying to find us an alternator. We made it there and within an hour, our truck was running perfectly. Mike and his team, Steve and Shay, were beyond nice. I highly recommend this shop. They are kind and honest and fairly priced. Thank you Mr. Mike for your help ❤️.

Jimmy Cz Absolutely honest and professional. Car broke down while traveling. Mike picked up my dog and I personally and drove us to a hotel. Car was towed quickly and repaired by noon the next day. Lewis Kent I had an emergency late in the day while traveling across the country. Ralph, Jason and Trev did everything they could to get me back on the road that evening. I ended up with a used tire because I have some unusual tires on my truck, but the used tire worked perfectly and I made it home that evening. Thanks again guys!

J&M Roofing & Construction Broke down today in Georgia, called several shops, and was referred by another mobile mechanic to Gary here at Cain Truck Repair. Called them around 530, and by 930, we were up and running for a very reasonable price. Garys customer service is phenomenal!! Will definitely be back, hopefully in the shop, for preventative items and not breakdowns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Hannah Davidson While driving to Florida out alternator started to go, we stopped at O’Reilys and grabbed the part but didn’t have all the right tools with us to change it. We stopped here and were helped immediately and we were back up and running within 30 minutes, super friendly and helpful!

Jacob Stanley I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Moores for Auto repair. I dealt with Jimmy and he was able to help me out getting my brakes replaced when everything else pretty much fell through. Nothing but exceptional service! My work schedule would not allow me to get there before the shop closed so Jimmy hung around and stayed after hours, on a Friday, so I could pick my car up! The prices beats any around, and the job done was definitely exceptional!!

Gerald Panella Traveling from Florida back to Wisconsin we just spent 2 hours in a famous Atlanta traffic jam. Time to hit a rest area and catch a breath. Frustrated to say the least. Preparing to leave the rest area there was an awful grinding and screeching from the front end of the Silverado. Not good. Pulled into the next hotel, got a room and started calling for help. We called Seth with C&N Mobile Truck Repair. Very friendly and ready to help solve our dilemma. This was Saturday night. We were on the road before noon on Sunday. C&Ns "David" was here discovering the damage and getting the parts early in the morning. Working on the ground in the hotel parking lot the work was completed efficiently and for a real fair price. Friendly Efficient Fair Caring!!! They followed up with us Sunday evening to make sure our journey was going well. What a lucky place to get stranded. Thanks guys, you are awesome. Linda Medina Terrible service and scam, DONT take your car to this shop. I would give them 0 stars if was an option. Owner/ person responsible for repairs is so unprofessional and have no respect for women. He fixed my car without tell me the estimate price. I asked for the estimate price before was fix it and they did not give me one. Owner called me a week latter at 11PM. (Might night) he said that he was driving my car around town and it was ready. My car started to make a terrible noise next day after I picked it up from this shop "C y C". I called the shop but they never answered my calls. I payed them a raelly high price. It is TERREBLE service.

Leroy Trice Great service. One of my tires blew out and put a hole in my air bag. They got me fixed up and back on the road in a hour. And the price was just as good as the service.

Paula Savage Hello, I’m an elderly woman who has been taken advantage of and has been over charged and taken advantage of! After talking with Bret I felt like he had my best interests at heart! He made me feel like I could trust him completely. I can’t make accusations against him yet until my Attorney has him in court for fraudulent charges. I’m questioning whether or not he rigged my cars shocks. Quoting a price of over a thousand dollars to fix shocks that are working fine today after extra parts were added and not discussed. I knew going in that my car had absolutely no issues with the shocks! There’s more deception in my story that I can’t talk about yet. I just want everyone , especially women to know that you can be taken advantage of with people that are not honest!

Amber Gicker The owner’s wife is extremely disrespectful and rude. As soon as my boyfriend pulled into the empty parking lot, she immediately came outside yelling at him. He was no where in the wrong, but she kept going on and on. He repeatedly apologized to her saying it was nothing but an honest mistake. Even after we thought she was done, she came back yelling at him not once, but twice. If asked respectfully, he would’ve had no issue moving spots for her..Even though he was blocking absolutely nothing from happening at the time. After reading other reviews based on her behavior, it’s quite sad how she continues to treat customers. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable/unprofessional no matter what the circumstances are. She could’ve handled this way differently, but the first resort should never be yelling at anyone.

Brian Lumsden Was given a written quote for $500 for repairs. I gave them an $80 cash deposit. received a call later in the day explaining there had been a mistake and the cost would be $1000. I agreed. A few days later I get one phone call while at work and my voicemail is full. So they cancel the order they placed for the part. When I call back, they called because they want more money down now. I said I was understanding about the mistake made on the quote, but I shouldnt have to put more money down to get the part ordered. They said I could get my money back. I went up there after that conversation to get my money back, but they cant give it to me. Now Im going to have to take them to court. Just do what you say youll do.

SUPDaddy Had to go back 4 times (live an hour away) to get an almost completed car. Got so frustrated I finally took the car with me on the last visit. (Already had paid for the work) I know my mistake. Simple body work and paint. They would forget to paint parts, bubbles in paint, or fix what was agreed upon to fix. Id call the night before and go over the list and was told it was done or would be done by the time I arrived. Not true, complete incompetence. I never write reviews but I felt compelled after being treated like this. Go elsewhere, the small savings is not worth the time and frustration you will experience
