2 /5 Kelvin Jones: I always used them and everything was ok. This time my wife had a accident in her car, where she had to replace the Radiator. This repair was a nightmare, they had the car for about 3wks. When I go to get the car it’s no antifreeze in the Reservoir jug, so I told the owner. So told one of his workers. That was about 10:30 that morning, I come back that evening to pick up the car that evening about 7:00, the jug is still empty. So the owner came poured some water in there. I felt like that was disrespectful, because we have paid them to put antifreeze in there not water. So after that, the weekend we went out of town. So I here something scrubbing underneath the car. And plastic guard fell that protects the bottom of the radiator, so I had to take it back to them again to fix that. So then my wife had the car back bout 2wks. I noticed the fan was running a lil loud and it got louder , so I had to take to another shop, so they could adjust it. It’s running quiet now. That was a disaster, I’m glad it’s over with. I won’t be going back there.
