Emily Justice I wish there was an option to add a + to the five stars because if I could give this company more than five stars I would. The experience I had with Dean‘s auto collision was unlike any experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop after an accident. They finished my car in a reasonable amount of time, their communication was top-notch, and my car looks good as new! To speak to the above and beyond communication; anytime they would run into an issue or if I called to get info on my car, they answered immediately every time or called me back immediately every single time. I was not left wondering what the status of my car was or when it would be returned because they made sure to keep me informed every step of the way! They also worked with my insurance company for payment (less my deductible), so that I didn’t even have to coordinate with my insurance company. They handled the whole process! I simply paid my deductible upon pick up and that was all I had to worry about. On top of this accident, I also needed my air fixed and one other issue fixed from a previous wreck and those services they provided were affordable. I will forever take my vehicles back to Dean‘s and will recommend anyone else take their vehicles to Dean’s for any body work!

Haley Warren Would recommend Deans Collision 10 out of 10. I had to have my vehicle repaired after road damage. I dropped the vehicle off last Thursday and got it back within a WEEK!! Such a great turn around. The service and staff are terrific! Go to Deans for ALL your body shop repairs!!

However, I had to take those vehicles back because repairs werent done properly. I Do Not recommend M & E Tires & Auto Repair to anyone. That shop doesnt deserve a star at all.

Jennifer Mathis My experience with Rudys was awesome! I just moved home after living in South Florida for the last 20 years and just to add to the stress as soon as I got here the oil and brakes on my Mini Cooper needed repairs! I called the Mini dealership service department in Fort Lauderdale and they recommended Rudys thankfully! They were excellent! Stacy stayed in contact throughout and quickly contacted my service provider which saved me money even!! I will be using Rudys for any repairs from here on whenever needed and highly recommend them!

Francis Ellsworth Excellent shop. Took the time to help me with Pre Purchase advice for a classic Mercedes, which I thankfully followed. They did the pre purchase inspection on the very day I took the car I found for a test drive, without a reservation. I called and they took it in that afternoon. No problem. I bought the car! Now we are working through the list of issues they told me about, and the work by the shop is top notch. Everything is explained, and I have not been given any " Suprises"! Very Happy with Rudys work and advice. I completely trust my car to them. 3 months later: After having some deep maintenance work done by them that they told me may need to be done, my 98 Mercedes is as smooth as a cloud. The engine just purrs. This is a fine shop that knows what they are doing!

Travis Riddle I want to apologize for my previous review i had a bad day trying to get over spray off of my bumpers and brand new like week old set of yokahama tires i just want to say this for the most part it looks really good for a 1200 dollar paint job but it could have been better i wish they had not painted over the rock guard stickers i started to tell them to take them off first but i assured my self that anyone would have common sense that painting over something like that could cause problems with the paint adhering correctly they did go out of the way to order me new rock guards and the manager is very nice and will go out of his way to make things right but I just messed up by thinking everyome had common sense i guess

kaleigha richards I cannot recommend this repair shop enough! The owner is extremely kind and fair, going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The other mechanic, Justin, was incredibly sweet and professional as well. They answered all my questions thoroughly and never left me in the dark about anything. I had several heavy repairs done, and they even flushed my system twice without charging me a second time. To top it all off, they replaced my headlight as a courtesy. Their honesty, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service are unmatched. I love this place so much that I’ve officially deemed it my personal mechanic shop. If you’re looking for hardworking, trustworthy people who truly care about their customers, this is the place to go!

Ryan Walker They have had my sons car for over 4 months now for a new transmission and they keep getting the wrong torque converter and trying to charge us twice for a torque converter that they cant get right. They have cussed at us, hung up on us and they are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend this place at all. Might I add they hit a curb and messed the front rim up also. They refuse to get it fixed and running and everything is paid for.

Ryan Richards After a warranty repair claim was denied, they repaired my vehicle without my consent sticking me with the bill. They never called to communicate with me on the status of my vehicle. I had to call them on two occasions to find this out. Shady business practice!!! Beware!

Jakeria Penn I will NEVER use these rude , racist people again ! I hate I ever brung my car to them . I dropped my car off on Wednesday night I called Thursday to see the status of my car yes i understand that mechanics get busy but reassurance shouldn’t be a problem , I was told they couldn’t even look at my car till Friday if they had time , Friday I had to keep calling just for them to update me that my alternator had went out , and for them to ignore my calls and text for the rest of the weekend ! Monday I received a text back from the text I sent Friday. Tuesday my car was ready I called to see if they took checks the person on the phone said yes I verified what type of check he said yes . When I get there the man seen who I was and refused to take my check we literally had a screaming match and I was told to get somebody else to come get my car , the screaming match continued and I paid he slung me my card and receipt and I then left ! My car is running good for now I hope I don’t have any issues cause I would hate to go back here .

TotallyNotTiff Did great work. Came in to get my brakes checked and an oil change. Ended up not needing the front brakes done at all, so the honesty was nice. Very fair and was willing to work with me on pricing. Very clean and tidy waiting area, and even had a kids play area for my little to chill. Overall nice experience.

Ryan Tin is a good man, and he has good retention with his other technicians. He is honest and will fix what is broken and will not upsell you on what is unnecessary to replace. Highly recommend!!!

Asia Jones This is the sorriest mechanic we’ve ever had to deal with. Continuous lies about fixing our car. Had to call him from a different number just to get him to answer. He kept telling us that it’s fixed and that it’s ready but every time we’ve came to pick it up, it still wouldn’t crank. Looked like it had been sitting in the same spot when we first dropped it off. We would have rather him told us he couldn’t fix it, rather he kept leading us on. Not worth the hassle or money. He doesn’t know what he’s doing!!!

Jessica Eden I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone he has absolutely no idea what he is doing I left my vehicle with him and he didn’t even check it or drive it but claimed he didn’t and he didn’t have no issues but the money I picked my car up and drove out of the parking lot my car lost power like I told him it does and he had it for a week. I guess you have to know what is wrong and what needs to be fixed for him to do anything I’ll never go back here again!!!!!

David Allred Took my Nissan Maxima to Derrick for a windshield wiper issue. Had it fixed in just a couple of hours. The dealership would have charged multiple hundreds for this service. Derrick fixed it faster and cheaper than any time I had taken it in for service at the dealer. My grandfather was a very well sought after mechanic that people from all over the area would bring their cars for service. He would be proud of this shop. Very friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. I have found my present and future auto repair shop. There are some other businesses that could take lessons from this shop on how to treat their customers.

Trooperjeeper I took my daughters car to get the muffler checked . You know when this is a good place when they don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need . He checked it out and came back in with what it needed .. I was surprised when it only needed 2 things . Seems like a very fair price . Fast had it done with in a hr and I was back on the road .. would I recommend 100% .
