5 /5 Travis Riddle: I want to apologize for my previous review i had a bad day trying to get over spray off of my bumpers and brand new like week old set of yokahama tires i just want to say this for the most part it looks really good for a 1200 dollar paint job but it could have been better i wish they had not painted over the rock guard stickers i started to tell them to take them off first but i assured my self that anyone would have common sense that painting over something like that could cause problems with the paint adhering correctly they did go out of the way to order me new rock guards and the manager is very nice and will go out of his way to make things right but I just messed up by thinking everyome had common sense i guess

1 /5 Tesha Wilburn: Maaco had my car for almost 2 months with little to no communication unless I pulled up bc they never answered the phone.i was given the run around from different employees on when my car would be ready.. I finally went in and told them they can keep the car bc I bought another one and wasnt paying... mysteriously my car was ready 2 days later!!! I was told they fired several staff and now are under new ownership so maybe this wont happen to anybody else.. on the bright side, the car looked good when I went by.

1 /5 01Dakotaquad: Had my ‘95 Ram painted at the Rome Maaco a few weeks back. Truck looks good from 10 ft back. A closer look and you’ll see everything that wasn’t supposed to be painted had paint on it. You’ll find paint on the gas cap, tires, window seal (front and back), all 4 of my fender flairs, tail lights. 1/4 Inch gaps where there should have been paint but due to bad prep work, it was missed. There’s a bridge of paint from the trim to the metal, which is asking for contamination to enter and cause peeling. Awful prep work, sadly. Went back and forth with the front desk a few times about all the overspray and the trim (which is now ruined) and they wanted to charge me $400 to fix their mistakes. Literally would have avoided all this shoddy work if the prep was done correctly and the trim was taken off, which would have taken 15 minutes per the owner. Their version of making this right is “touching up”. Basically painting over the RUBBER trim again with black paint, over their white paint. If you care for your investment, have it done somewhere else.
