5 /5 Jennifer Mathis: My experience with Rudys was awesome! I just moved home after living in South Florida for the last 20 years and just to add to the stress as soon as I got here the oil and brakes on my Mini Cooper needed repairs! I called the Mini dealership service department in Fort Lauderdale and they recommended Rudys thankfully! They were excellent! Stacy stayed in contact throughout and quickly contacted my service provider which saved me money even!! I will be using Rudys for any repairs from here on whenever needed and highly recommend them!

5 /5 Francis Ellsworth: Excellent shop. Took the time to help me with Pre Purchase advice for a classic Mercedes, which I thankfully followed. They did the pre purchase inspection on the very day I took the car I found for a test drive, without a reservation. I called and they took it in that afternoon. No problem. I bought the car! Now we are working through the list of issues they told me about, and the work by the shop is top notch. Everything is explained, and I have not been given any " Suprises"! Very Happy with Rudys work and advice. I completely trust my car to them. 3 months later: After having some deep maintenance work done by them that they told me may need to be done, my 98 Mercedes is as smooth as a cloud. The engine just purrs. This is a fine shop that knows what they are doing!

1 /5 Chuck’s Toys: Dropped off a 2021 Volvo xc60 for brakes and tire rotation.a few hours later, Tell me why do I see my wife’s suv at dollar general off Redmond. I asked the lady driving my wife’s SUV, and she said she was on a test drive, (covered some distance for test drive)but she also had a swifter and drinks and a few other things in passenger front seat. That’s not right, and they know it. I was warned about Rudy’s but the wife wanted to give them a try, now we are here!! We will NEVER go back. * say whatever makes you feel better! You went shopping while driving someone’s vehicle and got caught. You’re not sorry for doing what you did, you’re sorry for getting caught. And to the general public, her response should tell you all you need to know!! Stay far far away from this shop!!!

5 /5 Amanda Sylvie: My sons VW had a significant coolant leak (and other issues). Rudys was able to set him up with an appointment quickly. The overnight drop-box allowed him to drop off the car at his convenience. The diagnostic list was ready within a couple hours of the shop opening on his appointment day (Tuesday). We were able to review the list, they ordered the parts, and the car was ready on Thursday. The work needed was extensive & they got it done more quickly than I expected. My son is so happy with how smoothly the car runs now!

5 /5 Toris Redding: Quick honest service. Excellent customer service. We took our ses BMW in that we only had for a month bc it was running hot. They did a full check so we could take the report back to the dealer to have repaired under the warranty. They were very thorough and quick.
