1 /5 Kimberly Carter: Horrible customer service and mechanic workmanship. They will beat other mechanic shops prices, but at your expense. Ive taken several vehicles to them for repairs. However, I had to take those vehicles back because repairs werent done properly. I Do Not recommend M & E Tires & Auto Repair to anyone. That shop doesnt deserve a star at all.

This guy got us in and out in a couple hours and at a very fair price. Definitely recommend! Will be going there for all of my future auto care needs!

Hugh Tyner: My original estimate was around $850. So far so good on the repair. I dont trust car mechanics as far as I can throw them because my experience in the past has not been good with most. It always takes longer and cost more which was the case here. Just be careful! The bill eventually came out to $1,600 and took almost a month to replace one part... it always seems like they find more to do and with my lack of knowledge in car repair, I always seem preyed upon... Ill keep looking for a trusted mechanic in Rome I guess I did get a 12-month warranty. So if it doesnt hold up, I hope they honor it

Becca Tolbert: I took my lifted Jeep there to get an oil change and tires rotated and I needed it done quick because I had someone coming out to test drive it. It takes a special lock to get my tires out of place (which I didnt even know until he called and told me that) and he called me just to ask if he could look in my glove box for the lock. I said yes, and they were ready not even an hour later. The service is super quick(unlike most places here in Rome), the prices are extremely reasonable, and the people are nice. I am an official customer of theirs.
