Deans Collision Center Inc - Rome Emily Justice: I wish there was an option to add a + to the five stars because if I could give this company more than five stars I would. The experience I had with Dean‘s auto collision was unlike any experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop after an accident.
They finished my car in a reasonable amount of time, their communication was top-notch, and my car looks good as new! To speak to the above and beyond communication; anytime they would run into an issue or if I called to get info on my car, they answered immediately every time or called me back immediately every single time. I was not left wondering what the status of my car was or when it would be returned because they made sure to keep me informed every step of the way!
They also worked with my insurance company for payment (less my deductible), so that I didn’t even have to coordinate with my insurance company. They handled the whole process! I simply paid my deductible upon pick up and that was all I had to worry about. On top of this accident, I also needed my air fixed and one other issue fixed from a previous wreck and those services they provided were affordable.
I will forever take my vehicles back to Dean‘s and will recommend anyone else take their vehicles to Dean’s for any body work!
