Through his dedicated thoroughness, Jim Gayton not only located, but corrected, the 3 separate sources in the electrical systems circuitry causing parasitic battery drains in my Suburban! Sorry---Knights, Loyds, Kauffmans, & Andys,.. but Jim Gayton really does do it right the FIRST time, and at a very reasonable cost! THANK YOU, Jim!

2 /5 keybone22: Well Im not to happy withthis mechanic because one he never calls and let you know what he wants to fix or what he found out was the problem he orders the part and then just charges you for it and he doesnt even have that the courtesy to call in say oh Im sorry there was another problem we need to keep it longer because every due date or finish date I should say that I have gotten has been wrong I have been waiting on my vehicle for more than 3 and a 1/2 weeks not including does he have dope heads working for him Maybe cheap prices but you got to look at the quality of the work I wouldnt recommend him to anyone

4 /5 Hunt Rick (Rick): Jim is a great mechanic. Generally works on fleet cars for used car dealers, but does take individuals occasionally. Just go by, see if he can do the work you need.

Becca Tolbert: I took my lifted Jeep there to get an oil change and tires rotated and I needed it done quick because I had someone coming out to test drive it. It takes a special lock to get my tires out of place (which I didnt even know until he called and told me that) and he called me just to ask if he could look in my glove box for the lock. I said yes, and they were ready not even an hour later. The service is super quick(unlike most places here in Rome), the prices are extremely reasonable, and the people are nice. I am an official customer of theirs.

The gentlemen who assisted me was very polite and allowed me to inspect the tire before beginning work. Looks like they also do some light mechanic work as well and they have high-end mounting and balancing equipment. Definitely check here first when youre in Rome

Jim Rodgers: My Ford F350 was severely damaged on the left bed side. Classic Collision was able to take my truck for repair the same day I contacted them. The logical solution was to replace the truck bed and I was given a two week repair schedule. However, the replacement bed(s), - there were three, were all delivered in a damaged condition. After several weeks of defective parts the decision was made to “old school” the repair by repairing the damaged bed - a much longer process requiring more technician skills. Once this decision was made my truck was repaired in the new time frame that was provided and the repair was flawless. I used to do this type of work many years ago and I can recognize excellent body work. The customer service lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and after my first visit recognized me whenever I stopped by or called on the phone. John, the manager always tried to keep me informed, escorted me twice through the work bays to show me their progress and the damaged replacement parts and was very helpful in securing me an affordable rental vehicle when I needed it. Although the repair time was longer than I expected and their original estimation (although not their fault) I think they all did a great job and would certainly use them again if needed. Thank you.

Emily Justice: I wish there was an option to add a + to the five stars because if I could give this company more than five stars I would. The experience I had with Dean‘s auto collision was unlike any experience I’ve ever had with an auto body shop after an accident. They finished my car in a reasonable amount of time, their communication was top-notch, and my car looks good as new! To speak to the above and beyond communication; anytime they would run into an issue or if I called to get info on my car, they answered immediately every time or called me back immediately every single time. I was not left wondering what the status of my car was or when it would be returned because they made sure to keep me informed every step of the way! They also worked with my insurance company for payment (less my deductible), so that I didn’t even have to coordinate with my insurance company. They handled the whole process! I simply paid my deductible upon pick up and that was all I had to worry about. On top of this accident, I also needed my air fixed and one other issue fixed from a previous wreck and those services they provided were affordable. I will forever take my vehicles back to Dean‘s and will recommend anyone else take their vehicles to Dean’s for any body work!
