Sandra Aymond These guys are awesome! My husband and I were traveling from Louisiana to South Carolina. We stopped overnight in Dahlonega, Georgia. When we left the next morning we had an unexpected passenger. A kitten had crawled into the engine of our vehicle and bedded down in the wheel well. We could not get him out, or even see him. We went to Shanes shop for help. And help they did! They spent about 45 minutes removing parts of the vehicle and finally got the kitty out. We found a rescue shelter a little over an hour away and took the kitten there. A big shoutout to Shane and his crew. They showed an amazing amount of kindness that day!

The staff was friendly, help, courteous and professional from the phone call to having it checked out and repaired or made roadworthy anyway within minutes. Easy to find, great experience, we didn’t have to wait and the mechanic checked it out throughly using several tools to secure the bumper providing recommendations for us to complete when we returned home. A.F. D. I was recently involved in an auto accident that damaged the whole drivers side of my vehicle. I knew of Shanes Auto Body from friends and from driving by it every day during my commute. They did such a good job fixing my car that you cant tell that it was wrecked. The paint is flawless and everything works as it should. Im very happy with the job they did and will be running back if Im ever in another pickle. Customer service was top notch!

Scobee Doo Ive recommended Mountain Automotive to those I know and to yall reading these reviews. I took my car in about a month ago to get new brakes and an oil change. I dont believe they take appointments, but we got there when they opened and was able to get right in. Tanner was very pleasant and his prices were very responsible. I find him to be an honest automotive mechanic and appreciate his quality of work. My husband took my moms truck in recently to get looked at. There was a loose wire which he tighten for her. I dont know what was discussed about the truck, but he didnt even charge her to tighten the wire. I appreciate how he went above and beyond. I highly recommend him

mark stringer I took my truck in once, cool guys, friendly, they fixed problem with no extra charges. Dealt with owner. 2nd time took my truck in they replaced wheel bearings and some bushings. When I came for my truck 2 days later the employee asks has my radiator fluid been leaking. I DIDNT HAVE A RADIATOR LEAK WHEN I LEFT IT. But now I have a leak in a elbow under reservoir. Then they proceed to tell me that the part is 150 and another hundred to put it in. The elbow break was right above the bushings , imagine. I left there ,bought the part at o Reillys for 40$ and changed it in the parking lot in 5 min flat.

When I walked in I was greeted by Teddy (I believe that was his name but I’m a bit hard of hearing!) and he treated me as if I was a good friend of his even though I was a complete stranger. It was incredibly refreshing, and he was so kind and got my tire patched up and put back on in maybe 10 minutes total without me even having to leave my car! I appreciate it more than he will ever know! Simple kindness like that can go such a long way and I will always recommend this place to anyone I know, and I will definitely be a returning customer if I ever have any other issues. No way to leave a message, no answer by the staff, no way to know the number i dialed is even the right number. Seems like the might have lost a customer over a simple optics issue.

Missy Slaughter ‼️WARNING‼️ Just want to warn ppl about taking their car to The Fast Lane on Cleveland Hwy! My car was damaged there on the 4th of July and the court won’t do anything about it! I have all my evidence that it was damaged there but he got away with it! He even says in his response that he has video footage of my car not being damaged at his shop, but my car never left his shop till the police got there and got my key from him. What kind of mess is that! I’m now finding out that I’m not the only victim of this shop! Someone needs to stop them from doing this and getting away with it!

Jon Leedy DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY INSTALLED TIRES ON MY CAR, DIDNT REPLACE THE VALVE STEMS, DIDNT PUT BEAD SEALANT ON THE TIRE. I COULD HAVE DIED, AND THE GUY DONT CARE. WAS GOING 60MPH DOWN THE HIGHWAY, AND MY TIRE IN THE FRONT THAT WAS INSTALLED 2 MONTHS AGO CAME OFF THE BEAD ON THE INSIDE. IF THE TIRE WAS INSTALLED CORRECTLY THEN THIS WOULD NOT OF HAPPENED STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
