Sharon Broward Many months ago I took my car in because when I bought it the tire would not hold air pressure. I was constantly asking Hopkins Gowen to air it up. I took it to Charlton Tire the guy said it was a bent rim and he fixed it "best he could do" they charged my $25 and sent this old lady on her way. Well needless to say it would not hold pressure and again I kept going to get air put in until it was becoming an every day thing. I had my 75 year old friend help me take it off we ran a hose over it and found the slow leak immediately. That was my first experience changing and plugging a tire and I hope I never have to again. I just want to say you should hire better mechanics or find some you trust better. I am so hurt and disappointed, but I knew as an older female this would eventually happen to me. I wont ever go to you again. Ill drive 40 miles out to find a decent human being to help me.

Teresa Evans I was two hours from home putting up a metal building..Gad a bad tire.called Charlton tire and they said good used one us 80...I jump in my truck head that way and less than a mile to go I passed meemaws..got a good used tire for 40..put on and balanced. Great service..Honest friendly bunch of guys...as Im waiting for them to change my tire, I checked out some reviews on Charlton tires.. I came across a review an elderly lady had posted..I was shocked at the rude nasty response that Charlton tire had to her review..Ive always believed in respecting my elders right or wrong..you couldve.no.shouldve been more polite to the elderly woman or if you couldnt do that, then u shouldnt have said anything..shes been here many years, probably has more knowledge than u could ever phantom..your response showed alot of ignorance...so boy did I dodge the bullet on that one...Thank you meemaws for the friendly service and great price( which was half of their price?....

Trayce Cooper I was on top of my RV trying to fix the AC unit. These two guys came over and climbed up top and without any hesitation offered their help. They were kind, professional and helpful beyond words. The owner, Mike, showed up and they got to work. They did not have to come over and offer to help me, but they did. I now have working AC! I am beyond grateful for the kindness these young men showed to me. It’s rare to find people like this! In a world full of greed and selfishness, it was nice to experience the kindness of strangers! Strangers who do great work with some big hearts! I would recommend them to anyone in the Florida/Georgia area!

Veronica Clark I called Mike to have a pedestal removed from inside my RV because the bolts were rusted underneath the carriage. He came out when he said he would and did a great job taking care to protect the inside of my RV while he was using the cutting tool. He and his associates did a great job. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in the St. Marys Georgia area.

Lynn Hupp Liberty Auto replaced all four of my travel trailer tires while I waited. I was very happy with their service and will make sure I use them again when in the area. Great folks!

Sue crayz We dont recommend this garage for towing in March we called him to pick up our truck that was broke down. He was trying to pull it up onto the flatbed and literally pulled the front bumper off! He promised to fix it at his shop. We didnt know him or his shop. We did give him a chance. Many back and forth phone calls that were very aggravating. We took it to a shop and left the truck there a couple of days. Picked it up and it wasnt fixed. Jesse said that it was on backorder and he had no idea when the bumper would be in. Lots of back and forth phone calls listening to his lies. Lots of red flags were flying. We finally did a insurance claim. A local body shop was able to fix the truck and get a bumper within days. Jesse didnt try to make it right he caused us so much aggravation. Then we sent a letter and called him numerous of times to try to get reimbursement for the copay which he finally paid. We have a claim on her insurance and our insurance is probably going to go up because of this. Dont use this company for repairs or towing. He said hes been doing this for many years but it seems to us he doesnt know what hes doing.

J Truman This has to be the worse mechanic in the area. I dropped my truck off for a simple AC issue, and if he would have told me the shop was too busy, it would have been alright, I wouldve taken my truck elsewhere. Instead I spend two playing phone tag, receiving no follow ups, and when I did speak to the owner, he was rude and hung up on me three times. Eventually he mustve to tired of me asking and told me to come pick it up, but still wanted to charge me?!? Save your time, save your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They have a large supply of auto, tractor and lawnmower parts. Plus, they just have a lot of cool stuff. Stop and look around when you get a chance.
