1 /5 Tanner Evans: After being a customer for years with no prior issues, this is a extremely disappointing situation. I took my car in because I was having issuing braking/ brake pedal not feeling right. I received a call saying it was the calipers which I trusted in because I was under the belief they did a good diagnosis. After they changed the parts I went to pick it up and they charged me $300. I was led to believe everything was fixed and good to go. I started to drive it out of the lot and immediately noticed the break pedal was 10x worse and wouldnt even return. I brought back my car, waited over a day and then called to be told that it was a different component, one that they do not deal with. I felt completely scammed out of my money and if they would have done a in depth diagnosis and said we cant fix it to begin with I would not feel as disappointed. When I went to pick up my car I was told "you should get that check immediately" after all that, probably not the best thing to say in this situation. This is a place Ive used for years and have had family and friends go there for their service so I do not believe after this I will continue to use them or recommend them further.
