5 /5 Tony Winston: Love, love princess nails! Very clean and professional, I was able to relax the entire time and they were very attentive to my wants and needs! I got a standard pedicure and it was 10 out of 10! Will be back!!

1 /5 Miss Tray Sapp: I had been looking for a good place to get a pedicure. My first visit was good and I thought I had found a place; however this morning 10/26 I had to wait 45 minutes before anybody arrived and even when they did, the 3 of us waiting was barely acknowledged. The girl that normally does my feet still hasn’t arrived as I watch a lady who came after receive the services I’m still waiting. To receive. Now I understand there a no perfect salons, but organized matters and quality customer service is a minor, less common received, expectation. One can’t use the excuse, the time hasn’t been changed weekly. Here’s a thought Sony approve online appointments, if you are not going to open to accommodate the appointment!

1 /5 MsLadya24: Coming to this shop I requested a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. My eyebrows and pedicure which was done by someone else I have no issues with. My manicure on the other hand was HORRIBLE let’s start with how thick she applied my acrylic in which was a MMA a product that is illegal to use in the state of Ga. This acrylic when applied instantly started burning, burning so bad I needed relief ASAP she sprayed alcohol on my nails to cool it off. Then when filing my nails she filed them so hard and rough that the side of my finger started bleeding!!! when shaping my nails she did not try to hold my nail bed to insure no tugging or pulling the entire process was painful!!!! I complained the entire way and she had a excuse for my complaints that would result in no fix! Once leaving the shop I started experiencing swelling, itching and irritation of the tips of my finger. I contacted another shop immediately and got advice of the reaction to MMA and that’s what I was suffering from! This shop which is IIE NAIL BAR got me a appointment to immediately remove the nails and redid them! My nails are no longer swollen and irritated!! I went back to Princess Nails and explain I had a bad reaction to their acrylic and had to get the nails removed. I told her I did not want them touching my nails because of the poor care and handling of my nails and fingers. That’s why I had another shop remove them I asked for some type of compensation due to my reaction and mis treatment of my nails. I was told that there was nothing they would do or could do because I could be lying they would not accept the pictures I showed told me they needed their own pictures and would normally call the police in order to get any compensation I asked to speak to a manager and was told the he runs multiple shops and DOES NOT TALK TO PPL! I am highly disappointed, angry, upset and out of 125 dollars because this shop is inconsiderate and only cares about being paid! Even through I liked my toes and eyebrows I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SHOP AND ID ADVISE YOU DONT EITHER! They are using illegal products and my reaction could have been WORST or have gotten worst if I kept that acrylic on my nails!!! They have no care or concerns for anyone’s health or hard earned money! Please be careful! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! Don’t let this place ruin your nails and possibly cause actual damage to your finger tips!!!!!!’ I will be contacting the better business bureau!!!

1 /5 Shuri Cartier: Worst eyelash extensions ever. She didnt speak or understand me so no matter how much I told her natural she packed those shytes on 1 of my eyes until I showed her a picture but less than 24 hours later- half the super clumpy eye came off. Just not professional at all. Funny how proud of herself she was & the male seated in the waiting room gaslit tf out of me. Dont waste your money or 25 minutes because she has no idea of what shes doing.

4 /5 Nora Waters: Loved the staff here, I got a lash fill in and dip powder for my nails. All of the ladies were very kind and professional. The prices are really good in comparison to other places as well. Only criticism I would say is that there are some nail designs they just can’t do. I asked for marble style designs on my nails and although the lady tried we just ended up doing something different because it didn’t look good. It took a long time, but I would rather them take their time to make it look good. But overall service was great and I love my nails even though I didn’t get what I originally wanted. Definitely will be back.
