Amy: I did the rejuvenating spa package and sound healing. This was a life changing experience for me. Everything was absolutely amazing! Each and every service provider was phenomenal and did an excellent job making my day fabulous and relaxing. The spa itself made sure every detail was thought of. Beautiful facilities and wonderful professional atmosphere with the best products used to make the entire experience extra special! I will definitely be back! :)

I have had my nails done for 30 years and I have never had the experience that I had here. The absolute BEST!! Professional, Friendly, Efficient and Beautiful work. My nails lasted 6 WEEKS YALL!! I have never been so impressed. I am in Fernandina Beach, Florida for the week and I am headed to Pooler tomorrow!! Yay… See you then!

Abria Dana’Sia: I never write reviews but this needed to be written. I enjoyed this place the first two times I went. Everything was clean, organized, and up to my standards for a nail salon. The massage was nice. The color selection is huge. The last time I went, I asked for my nails to be taken off before my trip. They insisted on leaving them on because they were still “fresh” after wearing them for almost a month. She proceeded to shave off the color I had to show how fresh my set was. I still asked for them off but they didn’t listen. After multiple attempts to tell them to take it off and to fix my nail that was broken, they basically gave me a new color and took off the broken nail with another nail forcefully. It was painful. Now my nails are damaged and some were split across my nail bed. The nails were pretty but 9/10, I will not go back to this nail salon.

Skye Bolton: After today, I will not be coming back! I felt discarded due to a racial motivated basis based off my appearance as a minority! I was skipped over for service while others came and went. I waited, voiced my concerns and nothing was done. I was just getting a simple pedicure done. They took my polish off and rushed through to the point I have now a cuticle burn, and gave me a brown acrylic without asking . The color chosen made my foot look it had fungus! After I voiced my concern I was met with an attitude and another employee had to come over and then finally listened that I didn’t reach my actual pedicure. The original employee was called over who rushed my pedicure and didn’t even give me the enhanced services I was charged for ! No friendly customer service or anything! I’m leaving with damaged cuticles and wasted time!

E Rosey (Rosey): Stephanie at Perfect Polish did an ombré nail with a chrome top-wow. Her attention to detail and her shaping skills are outstanding. Her work is always 100% that’s why I have been going there for over a year. If you are looking for a talented nail tech then you need Stephanie at Perfect Polish; I highly recommend her. You will be happy with her work that I can promise you.

Skya Single: They are still not up to date with nail styles. The tech that sits in the front with a hat does not know how to do nail art. I just wanted two open face hearts and she could not complete that and tried to put a clear heart stencil on an American French nail. She had to call another person to do the heart and they still did not know how to draw a open heart.Then I ask her was she going to cut my cuticles , she said it’s going to be extra $10 , because that it considered a manicure . Are you serious ? I’m paying $55 for a full set and you cannot cut my cuticles. She said she is going to put oil on my hand I would not be able to tell. Then, she got upset when I told her I wanted the nails off and continued to say if I take them off I’m still going to pay full price.

Quintessa Fishburne: I moved down the street (Apache Avenue) 5 months ago. I’ve been coming here at least once a month since. I highly recommend this place for a few reasons: 1) each technician takes their time; they do not rush; they take so much pride in their work. 2) They’re very hospitable and kind; they genuinely and authentically socialize with each customer and they’re funny. 3) I’ve been in the shop when they had difficult customers—people who just come in already having a bad day and they aren’t mindful of how irritable and rude they show up; however, these ladies handle unsatisfied customers with so much patience, grace, and understanding. Whenever I do a review and it’s this long, please understand that it was truly deserving. I wouldn’t take time out of my life to write something if I didn’t mean it. I love my pedicure every time! I love the atmosphere. It’s the only thing I get time to do for self-care these days, and I look forward to coming each month. Thank you, Ladies! Keep up the great work. Your passion, skills, and kindness is greatly appreciated. Update: I’ve been coming her since July 2023. It’s 2025. I’m still going. Tony is such an attentive technician. He takes pride in his work. I love it here.
