    Skya Single: They are still not up to date with nail styles. The tech that sits in the front with a hat does not know how to do nail art. I just wanted two open face hearts and she could not complete that and tried to put a clear heart stencil on an American French nail. She had to call another person to do the heart and they still did not know how to draw a open heart.Then I ask her was she going to cut my cuticles , she said it’s going to be extra $10 , because that it considered a manicure . Are you serious ? I’m paying $55 for a full set and you cannot cut my cuticles. She said she is going to put oil on my hand I would not be able to tell. Then, she got upset when I told her I wanted the nails off and continued to say if I take them off I’m still going to pay full price.

    Quintessa Fishburne: I moved down the street (Apache Avenue) 5 months ago. I’ve been coming here at least once a month since. I highly recommend this place for a few reasons: 1) each technician takes their time; they do not rush; they take so much pride in their work. 2) They’re very hospitable and kind; they genuinely and authentically socialize with each customer and they’re funny. 3) I’ve been in the shop when they had difficult customers—people who just come in already having a bad day and they aren’t mindful of how irritable and rude they show up; however, these ladies handle unsatisfied customers with so much patience, grace, and understanding. Whenever I do a review and it’s this long, please understand that it was truly deserving. I wouldn’t take time out of my life to write something if I didn’t mean it. I love my pedicure every time! I love the atmosphere. It’s the only thing I get time to do for self-care these days, and I look forward to coming each month. Thank you, Ladies! Keep up the great work. Your passion, skills, and kindness is greatly appreciated. Update: I’ve been coming her since July 2023. It’s 2025. I’m still going. Tony is such an attentive technician. He takes pride in his work. I love it here.

    Carl Collins: My wife and I are here on our honeymoon and decided this morning we wanted to go in for a couples facial. When we called they were able to get us in for an appointment just a few hours later! The facial went so well with Celeste and Maia we didn’t want to leave and decided to add on a quick massage. They were able to accommodate and make it a wonderful experience for us all around. I would HIGHLY recommend. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Savannah.

    Robln Ansley: I needed a pedicure. I walked in asked what the wait was for pedicure. No wait so he put me in a chair. I waited for at least 15 minutes and Im still sitting with my feet in cold water so I left. When I questioned if there was a wait, I meant to get waited on not to sit with my feet in water and be ignored. I really would have loved to have the pedicure that I ordered but nobody there wanted to wait on me when I asked if there was a way he should have said 15 to 20 minutes at least not no wait because there is a wait for a pedicure

    Lauren Allen: They were so nice to me! I loved my nails and had one of the best pedicures of my life here! The only complaint I have is how long it took to be worked on as a walk in customer. I understand that there are just 2 people working so it can become super difficult.
