E Rosey (Rosey) Stephanie at Perfect Polish did an ombré nail with a chrome top-wow. Her attention to detail and her shaping skills are outstanding. Her work is always 100% that’s why I have been going there for over a year. If you are looking for a talented nail tech then you need Stephanie at Perfect Polish; I highly recommend her. You will be happy with her work that I can promise you.

Leslie Styles Had SNS nails done 2x in a row at this location. After the second time I noticed my middle finger nails on both hands were bending with any pressure. I had switched to this salon due to close proximity to my new home. I went back to my former nail salon in mid town and when they took off my nail color, they found I had developed nail fungus. This has never happened to me before.

Grace Loehr I used to come here a while back, but for some reason started going other places… never again, this nail salon stole my heart back! They’re so clean, affordable, and damn do they make my nails look good! So so happy with this gel manicure!

Skye Bolton After today, I will not be coming back! I felt discarded due to a racial motivated basis based off my appearance as a minority! I was skipped over for service while others came and went. I waited, voiced my concerns and nothing was done. I was just getting a simple pedicure done. They took my polish off and rushed through to the point I have now a cuticle burn, and gave me a brown acrylic without asking . The color chosen made my foot look it had fungus! After I voiced my concern I was met with an attitude and another employee had to come over and then finally listened that I didn’t reach my actual pedicure. The original employee was called over who rushed my pedicure and didn’t even give me the enhanced services I was charged for ! No friendly customer service or anything! I’m leaving with damaged cuticles and wasted time!

Jasmine Lewis Probably one of the best chop shops on the south of Savannah I’ve been to.i showed the guy who did my nails a instagram reference and was skeptical at first but he did exactly what I asked! Usually other chop shops give you problems if they feel your being to difficult but it was clear communication and understanding of what I wanted and he delivered!! I absolutely looovveeeeeeeee my nails!

Gabriella Rivera I came here a few months ago to get some gel x nails removed. I’m writing this review now because the experience was so terrible that months later I’m still experiencing issues from this transaction. First off. I wanna advise people to think twice before they come here because I didn’t. They sat me down with someone to get my nails removed. Instead of using any tools or soaking methods, the man with his long, thick and yellow thumb nail tried to “pop” my gel x nails off. I don’t even know if that’s necessary given they had so many tools/ options for ways to get my nails off. This man couldn’t even tell me what he was about to do which is okay. I understand that sometimes it’s a language barrier. I tried to not say anything and just trust he knew what he was doing. I don’t get my nails done a whole bunch so I didn’t want to question his profession. I said “ouch” a few times because his nail he was using to pop my nail off was hurting me. After he realized that method didn’t work, he used an acrylic nail to get it off…. As if that would do any better than his thumb nail… He decides to then clip off the tips of my nails very jaggedly and instead of just fully clipping my nail he starts ripping my nails off. Cutting them halfway or most of the nail and leaving pieces of it hanging off and then ripping them. I was horrified but still didn’t want to be difficult or question them. So I just stayed silent. After all that. They soak my nails in a jar for a few minutes and he gets the electric nail filer. He starts to try and file away my nail. He’s barely focusing on what he’s filing. He’s talking to other coworkers while doing so and completely missing my nails. He’s not looking at my nails at all and recklessly filing them. He started to file the sides of my finger instead of my nail and then he would look up at me as if he was sorry and continue to make the same mistake over and over. By this point I was too far gone. He filed my nails down so terrible that there’s a visible bump where my actual nail begins and my nail beds that are growing out. He basically filed my real nail down instead of the gel x. I thought after that mess of a job maybe he would clean it up a bit. He started to attempt to file the end of my nails but did it so half assed that all my nails were a different length and jagged and sharp. Why even try??? I was ripping hanging pieces of nail off on my drive home. I couldn’t believe it. My nails are weak now and constantly cracking and shredding. I usually have very strong nails and even after getting my nails removed I’ve never experienced this kind of aftermath. I wish there was an option for zero stars and I wish I knew this man’s name. My experience was terrible. And I hope this never happens to anyone else. I paid and didn’t complain. I even tipped. It was only 15 dollars for that and I didn’t wanna cause a scene. But that was terrible. I only have one picture cause it kind of hard to tell. But all my nails are bumpy and breaking.

Abria Dana’Sia I never write reviews but this needed to be written. I enjoyed this place the first two times I went. Everything was clean, organized, and up to my standards for a nail salon. The massage was nice. The color selection is huge. The last time I went, I asked for my nails to be taken off before my trip. They insisted on leaving them on because they were still “fresh” after wearing them for almost a month. She proceeded to shave off the color I had to show how fresh my set was. I still asked for them off but they didn’t listen. After multiple attempts to tell them to take it off and to fix my nail that was broken, they basically gave me a new color and took off the broken nail with another nail forcefully. It was painful. Now my nails are damaged and some were split across my nail bed. The nails were pretty but 9/10, I will not go back to this nail salon.

Emeraldbeauty23 I came in 9/22/22 for a pedicure they were busy so I scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10:00 I have literally sat here for an hour and a half before she started on my feet she started on taking the polish off after I sat for an hour and thirty minutes . She proceeded on another customer when she came through the door and stated she had an appointment she got her nails done meanwhile I’m still sitting in the chair waiting on them to run water in the bowl it’s now 11:42 the two people I came in with are done and I being rushed through my process. When the finally put water in the bowl I was not hot at all I had was very uncomfortable because she kept pushing the chair up to accommodate her needs and not mine. They usually do a great job I even have my family coming here because the service is usually great but I guess when it come to there black customers they get serviced after the older white lady because there appoint meant time matters more than the black people.she literally started on my feet at 11:45and here it is 12:09 and she completely rushed my pedicure and I guess I’m supposed to pay full price for a rushed job. This was not an enjoyable or relaxing experience. I’m never coming back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE.

Kimberly Smith I have started traveling from Wilmington, NC every 6 weeks to C.ecret Garden Luxury Nail Spa. I have had my nails done for 30 years and I have never had the experience that I had here. The absolute BEST!! Professional, Friendly, Efficient and Beautiful work. My nails lasted 6 WEEKS YALL!! I have never been so impressed. I am in Fernandina Beach, Florida for the week and I am headed to Pooler tomorrow!! Yay… See you then!

Kandee Pink Beautiful setting, clean, spacious and the wait wasnt long. My daughter and I came here because of the reviews. She got a pink and white set style she found online This nail shop wasnt disappointing. The man who did my feet took his time which I loved. The polish choices are out this world. So many to pick from. Colors Ive never seen before. Well worth the trip.

Carly Kay Came in for a fill after not liking the first place I tried out here. I loved it and will be back! Its a very bright and happy place, lots of laughter and just a feel good environment. The gentleman that did my nails was exceptional and I am very happy with the results!

Amy I did the rejuvenating spa package and sound healing. This was a life changing experience for me. Everything was absolutely amazing! Each and every service provider was phenomenal and did an excellent job making my day fabulous and relaxing. The spa itself made sure every detail was thought of. Beautiful facilities and wonderful professional atmosphere with the best products used to make the entire experience extra special! I will definitely be back! :)

Vicky Spurlock If I had only gotten a massage the score would be a 5, if only the facial it would be a 1! The spa is lovely despite the somewhat sketchy street entrance - I loved the old character and charm. Neither beds were warm. My facial was the worst I’ve ever had. It was in a back room that was brightly lit and noisy. The esthetician never asked if I had skin concerns or if I wanted anything in particular. She never evaluated my skin to recommend anything. She washed my face at least 3 times, the first time getting soap up my nose which burned my throat the remainder of the treatment. Then did a scrub and spritzed some oil and I was done. She wore latex gloves the entire time which I didn’t care for. She had large bangles on, which I love some bling but the clanking isn’t great for a relaxation treatment. She had rock-a-by-baby on repeat the entire time! I don’t think this woman has ever had a facial, done a facial or had any training.

Dopey Hall Amazing place. Ms. Patty gives the most beautiful, gentle, relaxing facial. Daniel gives the perfect pressure massage. Everyone is so nice and you leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend and even booked another session when I return to Savannah. There is an elevator to 2nd floor.

Haley Almasri I was very disappointed. Lady made 7/10 fingers bleed at the cuticle and a chunk of nail fell off not even 24 hours latter. I personally will never use this facility again. I have NEVER had this happen in the 15 years Ive been getting my nails done. 0/5 stars.

Sally Davis Nice pedicure chairs, pleasant, clean and relaxing atmosphere. My tech didnt rush. She took plenty of time on my pedicure. So relaxing and so enjoying. Worth every dollar spend. I will be back to pamper myself again!

CMTD This was absolutely the very worst pedicure Ive ever had. The tech cut down my cuticles to the point where 24 hours later the skin around my big toe stings because she cut so deep. Never have I ever had a pedicure where Im saying ouch several times. She also burned me with the hot stones and use Icy hot on my legs. Very weird. I only went here because my normal shop was crowded and this one was close by. This shop was also not very clean. Im glad my tentus shot is up to date. -2 Stars

Ericka Thomas First time coming and I will NEVER be back. Currently sitting in the chair now getting my nails taken off. Lisa was doing my full set and refused to shape my nails how I wanted. Lisa (the manager) told me the shape I was requesting was ugly. I informed her that her comment wasn’t needed and that I wanted them reshaped. I even showed pictures and how to shape it in such and Lisa responded telling me my fingers were too fat. I always get them done like that but decided to go here because other places are closed. After I showed her how to shape it, she asked me what did I want to do and I responded telling her that she could take them off and redo it considering it was a few fingers messed up and she practically ripped my actual nails trying to take off the nails because she didn’t like the shape I wanted.

Ashley Rose Lisa, the NEW owner done my nails she was so sweet & professional & she done my nails exactly how I wanted them! I love them so much! It’s been a week and my nails, lashes & toes are still popping!! I’ll definitely be back to see these lovely ladies!!!

percy x I decided to come here to get my nails done since I live close by— I’m so happy with how my gel manicure came out! The nail tech was the sweetest woman ever, and she took care in asking for what I wanted! I heavily recommend coming here, the place is beautiful too!

Elijah S Dont go on Sunday, even if it says its open online. Drove out of my way because it says its open on Google Maps, but its not. I now see in other reviews that other people have had the same experience as well. Update your hours on Google so you stop wasting peoples time.

Samira Hernandez I have been coming here for a couple of months since the nail salon in hinesville is always packed. And it’s 100% worth the drive. They are amazing and offer a variety of services. I always get poly gel because it’s so much healthier on the natural nail and it always turns out beautiful. Pricing is reasonable. Wait time is never long. It stays open pretty late which is super convenient for people who work during the day. Honestly best nail salon i’ve been to!!

Ashley Almeira I went my mom today. But my mom didn’t get a whole good experience. At first, the manager/owner April, Avril, Ivy I’m not totally sure of her name, treated my mom really poorly and rude, she cut both of my moms big toes making her scream and cry and she laughed at her saying “that’s why you need pedicures” MAAM we always get pedicures done, this was a new place we were trying bc we live near by. She even removed my moms previous pedicure with the drill, like please. And I told her this was the first time she cries and bleeds that bad with a “cleaning her cuticles” thing. So the problem, rudeness and roughness is on this lady, not my mom being weak or anything, as she made it seem. The other lady, who got my toes done, Mary, May, Mae not really sure of her name either she was awesome, really CAREFUL and KIND and SOFT at what she does. I only recommend this place if you go to her. We barely think of coming back even though Mary was good at her job. We still spend $100 for both for a painful pedicure, not a SPA experience AT ALL and simple one coat black color on. Think twice when considering this place y’all.!!

Kyla Cornish I went yesterday and was recommended by a lady in a clothing store. I work in Savannah but from Jacksonville. I had a long weekend in Jacksonville and wanted nails to fit each of my outfits., a comedy event and a adult prom. I asked for two nails to be glitter and three nails to be mood colors. I picked out both colors. My nails were neatly done and well manicured. I was offered water so for politeness and attentiveness I give them a good review. My nails were not what I asked for. I paid good money and My nails don’t change colors. I could tell the ladies begin to talk but they had a funny look to their face. What I wanted didn’t sound right to them but it was what I wanted and what I paid for. It may not make since but my nails always come out as I want. I have low nails because of my profession., but yes I didn’t think about it til this morning but my nails haven’t turned and I place them under hot and cold. The mood was to change from peach to black. I was given regular peach polish. Now I have to get my nails repainted in Jacksonville because I won’t be in Savannah until next week.

Greta May Lena did a wonderful job! I got the prettiest set for a wedding I was attending. She had phenomenal attention to detail and made sure I was happy with everything before sending me on my way. Highly recommend!

Savannah artz I don’t usually make reviews, but they deserve it. I’ve been getting my nails done here for the last year or so ever since I started working at the building across the street, and I’ve always loved the service I’ve gotten, the quality, and even the conversations. I’d come in and ask if they could do something and he’d dang sure try. I’m pretty flexible so if it wasn’t working (we all have our strengths and weaknesses and are always trying something new) they’d either figure out how, or we’d switch it up to something he could do design wise. They’ve since gotten some more design-smart techs and I’ve had great experiences with them, too. They’re all helpful, understanding, and really will do the best they can for you. I’ve always left happy, and I’m a picky, boujie client who wants all the insta/pinterest nails. I appreciate all the techs here and love the quality I’ve gotten.

Justin Abraham We made two appointments for a classic manicure and pedicure at 10 a.m. on Friday. Five other people apparently had appointments at 10 a.m. as well, so there were 7 customers for 2 nail technicians. While we were seated right away, it was 30 minutes before a staff member arrived to start the appointment. One customer who was seated in a pedicure chair left after 40 minutes of waiting. We finished our appointment (for a simple mans pedicure and medicure with clear nail polish) at noon. Less than 6 hours later, the polish was already starting to peel. It was definitely not worth the money or the wait.

Josie Griffin First picture was my inspiration picture, last two are what I got. My usual place is closed on Sundays and I needed my nails done so I was thinking I’d try this place. I showed him the inspiration picture and asked if he could do it, he said he’d “give it a try and see how it goes”, should’ve just stopped there. He was asking me while he was doing my nails how I think they did that and what he should do. He proceeds to airbrush a lighter color and start throwing on color with the brush and dabbing it with his finger. This other lady and I had appointments at the same time and she was waiting the entire time I was getting my nails done. I saw the look on his face when he decided half way through to just give up and plop colors onto my nails so he can move on. I was charged full price, I should’ve said something in the moment but got nervous and was honestly just shocked. Ive never hated my nails more and I’m honestly so embarrassed. I wish he was just honest in the moment that he’s never done that design and doesn’t know how, I would’ve gotten just plain color. Now I have to pay someone else again to redo them.
