1 /5 Skye Bolton: After today, I will not be coming back! I felt discarded due to a racial motivated basis based off my appearance as a minority! I was skipped over for service while others came and went. I waited, voiced my concerns and nothing was done. I was just getting a simple pedicure done. They took my polish off and rushed through to the point I have now a cuticle burn, and gave me a brown acrylic without asking . The color chosen made my foot look it had fungus! After I voiced my concern I was met with an attitude and another employee had to come over and then finally listened that I didn’t reach my actual pedicure. The original employee was called over who rushed my pedicure and didn’t even give me the enhanced services I was charged for ! No friendly customer service or anything! I’m leaving with damaged cuticles and wasted time!

3 /5 Jasmine Lewis: Probably one of the best chop shops on the south of Savannah I’ve been to.i showed the guy who did my nails a instagram reference and was skeptical at first but he did exactly what I asked! Usually other chop shops give you problems if they feel your being to difficult but it was clear communication and understanding of what I wanted and he delivered!! I absolutely looovveeeeeeeee my nails!

1 /5 Gabriella Rivera: I came here a few months ago to get some gel x nails removed. I’m writing this review now because the experience was so terrible that months later I’m still experiencing issues from this transaction. First off. I wanna advise people to think twice before they come here because I didn’t. They sat me down with someone to get my nails removed. Instead of using any tools or soaking methods, the man with his long, thick and yellow thumb nail tried to “pop” my gel x nails off. I don’t even know if that’s necessary given they had so many tools/ options for ways to get my nails off. This man couldn’t even tell me what he was about to do which is okay. I understand that sometimes it’s a language barrier. I tried to not say anything and just trust he knew what he was doing. I don’t get my nails done a whole bunch so I didn’t want to question his profession. I said “ouch” a few times because his nail he was using to pop my nail off was hurting me. After he realized that method didn’t work, he used an acrylic nail to get it off…. As if that would do any better than his thumb nail… He decides to then clip off the tips of my nails very jaggedly and instead of just fully clipping my nail he starts ripping my nails off. Cutting them halfway or most of the nail and leaving pieces of it hanging off and then ripping them. I was horrified but still didn’t want to be difficult or question them. So I just stayed silent. After all that. They soak my nails in a jar for a few minutes and he gets the electric nail filer. He starts to try and file away my nail. He’s barely focusing on what he’s filing. He’s talking to other coworkers while doing so and completely missing my nails. He’s not looking at my nails at all and recklessly filing them. He started to file the sides of my finger instead of my nail and then he would look up at me as if he was sorry and continue to make the same mistake over and over. By this point I was too far gone. He filed my nails down so terrible that there’s a visible bump where my actual nail begins and my nail beds that are growing out. He basically filed my real nail down instead of the gel x. I thought after that mess of a job maybe he would clean it up a bit. He started to attempt to file the end of my nails but did it so half assed that all my nails were a different length and jagged and sharp. Why even try??? I was ripping hanging pieces of nail off on my drive home. I couldn’t believe it. My nails are weak now and constantly cracking and shredding. I usually have very strong nails and even after getting my nails removed I’ve never experienced this kind of aftermath. I wish there was an option for zero stars and I wish I knew this man’s name. My experience was terrible. And I hope this never happens to anyone else. I paid and didn’t complain. I even tipped. It was only 15 dollars for that and I didn’t wanna cause a scene. But that was terrible. I only have one picture cause it kind of hard to tell. But all my nails are bumpy and breaking.

1 /5 Honey Luke: If I could give a lower star I would. I got the dip on a Friday and by Monday they chopped off and cracked all my nails. Went to speak to manager he treated me like I got your money so if you got a problem it’s not mines. This is the worst place to give your money too.

1 /5 Stephanie Carter: This is probably one of the worst applications I’ve seen. Acrylic left on my cuticles, left parts of the orange polish I had on previously, the worst shaping, there’s dips in the middle on every single nail, and the bottoms ends of my nail under the tips are not even attached… and I got this set done two days ago. I don’t even feel comfortable to complain and let them redo them.
