Thomas LaGrant Jr Great and clean environment to come and enjoy yourself. As a couple or alone. I love the elegant decor, great customer experience, they treat you like royalty here. Even if the husband is waiting, they ask if you need anything to make the wait comfortable. They have TV to wait, nice music, comfortable chairs and which makes the overall place extremely amazing. I will most definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Mia McKell Had an incredible experience here and will definitely be coming back! Cannot compliment the service enough. Was my first time at Lush, I needed an emergency touch up on a Sunday after a botched set from a different salon in Savannah started falling off. Soo (pronounced sue) took me without an appointment even though they were nearing closing time, which I was super grateful for, and he took extra time to fix my ruined nail beds and make sure my new manicure was absolutely perfect. He was super personable and kind. This is the best set I’ve gotten in savannah and the best experience I’ve had from a nail salon, hands down. Can’t recommend enough!

Felicia Kostiuk I’ve come to this asking several times for manicures and today was my first pedicure. It was awesome. Clean and friendly as always. I smudge a nail or two and they fixed them promptly. I would recommend them to anyone. I scheduled my appointment online the day before and it was easy.

Julia williams I have been a client here for almost two years, and am pleased overall with each of the women who have given my manicures/pedicures. They are polite, friendly, thorough and know their work. My nails have never looked so good, and I leave each appointment knowing they will last until the next one. I try to keep on a regular two week schedule. The salon is clean, the techs are happy in their work and I have referred friends. 5 Stars all the way.

Check out Queen nails their salon staff are the kindest and amazing people! 6/8/2024: Mindy did an amazing job on my nails today the jeweled accents and the way she built the flowers I am so pleased with her skills. You should check them out! I am adding to this…. I was trying to leave just a review but doesn’t seem to be working I have always had a wonderful experience with this facility. Mindy, Calvin, and all the staff have always been wonderful and their services are incredible that they offer, not to mention the prices are reasonable, and facility is always clean. This will always be my permanent place to have nails, eyebrows, and other services they offer done. You guys are amazing people! Mindy did it again! I love the spider, spider web and cute little red pumpkin! She and all the staff do an incredible job!

Miss Tray Sapp I had been looking for a good place to get a pedicure. My first visit was good and I thought I had found a place; however this morning 10/26 I had to wait 45 minutes before anybody arrived and even when they did, the 3 of us waiting was barely acknowledged. The girl that normally does my feet still hasn’t arrived as I watch a lady who came after receive the services I’m still waiting. To receive. Now I understand there a no perfect salons, but organized matters and quality customer service is a minor, less common received, expectation. One can’t use the excuse, the time hasn’t been changed weekly. Here’s a thought Sony approve online appointments, if you are not going to open to accommodate the appointment!

MsLadya24 Coming to this shop I requested a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. My eyebrows and pedicure which was done by someone else I have no issues with. My manicure on the other hand was HORRIBLE let’s start with how thick she applied my acrylic in which was a MMA a product that is illegal to use in the state of Ga. This acrylic when applied instantly started burning, burning so bad I needed relief ASAP she sprayed alcohol on my nails to cool it off. Then when filing my nails she filed them so hard and rough that the side of my finger started bleeding!!! when shaping my nails she did not try to hold my nail bed to insure no tugging or pulling the entire process was painful!!!! I complained the entire way and she had a excuse for my complaints that would result in no fix! Once leaving the shop I started experiencing swelling, itching and irritation of the tips of my finger. I contacted another shop immediately and got advice of the reaction to MMA and that’s what I was suffering from! This shop which is IIE NAIL BAR got me a appointment to immediately remove the nails and redid them! My nails are no longer swollen and irritated!! I went back to Princess Nails and explain I had a bad reaction to their acrylic and had to get the nails removed. I told her I did not want them touching my nails because of the poor care and handling of my nails and fingers. That’s why I had another shop remove them I asked for some type of compensation due to my reaction and mis treatment of my nails. I was told that there was nothing they would do or could do because I could be lying they would not accept the pictures I showed told me they needed their own pictures and would normally call the police in order to get any compensation I asked to speak to a manager and was told the he runs multiple shops and DOES NOT TALK TO PPL! I am highly disappointed, angry, upset and out of 125 dollars because this shop is inconsiderate and only cares about being paid! Even through I liked my toes and eyebrows I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS SHOP AND ID ADVISE YOU DONT EITHER! They are using illegal products and my reaction could have been WORST or have gotten worst if I kept that acrylic on my nails!!! They have no care or concerns for anyone’s health or hard earned money! Please be careful! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! Don’t let this place ruin your nails and possibly cause actual damage to your finger tips!!!!!!’ I will be contacting the better business bureau!!!

vicki stafford My first visit I wasn’t too happy with the product, but the service was excellent. I got the powder dip the first time and I guess I just don’t care for it. A lot of people love it, but I just don’t care for it so Lili gave me an acrylic set and it is absolutely beautiful. She did a wonderful job. She is a professional and very sweet.

B Jackson Best pedicure ever, by far. This is my new go to nail salon. Woman who did my nails was sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. You have to get the pedicure and enjoy the massage chair. No other salon has made me feel so pampered.

Ami Patel I have been coming here for many years and it never disappoints. I came here today because I wanted to get my nails done for a possible engagement. The lady I worked with today was a little younger and with glasses and she listened to me on everything I wanted and was so sweet the entire time. I will probably ask for her every single time I come. I wish I can remember her name. She killed it!!! So in love with them!

Serene Howard Got a Pedi here for a Ball that was coming up. I could not believe how terrible they did. Big air bubbles and nail polish stuck on my skin ( gel nails ) It was awful, I could have just done them myself at home. They just want your money and rush you out as fast as they can so they can. Very disappointed. Spent $70 +.. I never get my nails done so I thought they price was normal until another girl said it was way overpriced. Never go here if youre looking for good quality....anything.

Esmeralda Sanchez Ive been going to the same lay for years and she been very hard top until now! I wish I remembered the ladys name. I know she was the youngest one there. Came on a business trip after Thanksgiving and didnt get my fill before leaving home. The place was very clean and everyone wore paper face masks. Pricing was lower than average so I was hesitant on the quality. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my nails. Its now been three weeks and not a single lift or break!!!! Now Im in El Paso, Texas and reading reviews to find my next place for a fill. Wish I was back in Georgia right now!

Juana Hernandez I got my nails done here on March 28th, and now I’m pretty sure my big toenail is infected. I also don’t know what they used on my feet, but they’ve been peeling like crazy ever since. On top of that, the lady who did my fingernails was really aggressive, she cut me twice near my cuticles. I didn’t have any of these issues before coming in. Super disappointed and definitely won’t be returning.

marina ramos I’ve been coming here for 6+ years and will never stray away. This place is always consistent, my acrylics never chip and will stay on forever if you let them. I’ve only made an appointment a few times, but most of the time have just walked in and been serviced almost immediately. All the techs are wonderful. Having sat with almost each person, it’s hard to pick a favorite. Posh is the only place I’ll get my nails done. 10/10 everytime.

Cotrice Gallaher I recently visited Aura Nails for a manicure and pedicure, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the salon was clean and well-maintained. The technician who worked on my nails was very skilled and paid attention to every detail. She took the time to make sure my nails were shaped perfectly and that the polish was applied smoothly. I was also impressed with the wide range of nail colors and designs they had available. Overall, I had a great experience at Aura Nails and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high-quality nail services in a clean and friendly environment.

nn h Just got my lashes done yesterday and paid 50$ , when to take a shower and didn’t wash my face and my lashes started coming off . Waste of time and money! Do not go here!

Xavia Blount I gave 2 stars because it was a major disappointment especially for it being my first time here. I felt the worker was rushing and she also cut my finger a bit while cutting the nail. If she needed to see the inspiration pic, she couldve asked. My nails came out chunky and not even that square. Thanks for ruining my prom nails. I got my service done on may 9th.

Dierra Jones I had the pleasure of getting a facial by licensed esthetician Artecia! The environment was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left. I loved every minute of my facial! The bed was soft and comfy with a warm blanket to keep you comfortable. It was truly a peaceful moment, where I could just breathe and relax. I will definitely be returning soon!

Selena Twist Lotus is the best nail salon in Savannah! The prices are good, the employees are incredibly sweet and they are all so talented. I only go here to get my nails done. Just got my lashes done for the first time and I love them! Juhi Pandya DO NOT COME HERE Worst manicure ever. I got Dip on natural nails. For reference I have a picture of what my nails looked like before (the dark blue) The guy that did my nails sucked. First i told him to keep my nails as long as possible and he cut them in half no shaping or filing. Then I picked a color and he couldnt open the bottle so he asked me to "just pick another color". i did and i picked 113 (picture provided below). in person it was a white pearlescent color. the color was not at all the same, it was a cloudy purple, and you can see straight through it to my nail. On top of all of that the filing came a the very end and it wasnt even straight. all of my nails are on a slight slant. pictures provided

Zuleyka López Went today for the first time and I love it. Yindra is an amazing nail tech (she speaks Spanish and a little English). She has been my nail tech for over a year and I follow her everywhere. This young man was exceptional with my pedicure and is good at giving massages. The place has a good atmosphere, very welcoming! I will definitely come back.

My feet have never been so soft and smooth. Their prices are good too. Im a vacationer, but it I lived here they would have all my nail salon business.

Las niñas Rojas Amazing service, the best service I ever got at a nail salon. They are so nice, there was just a a couple taking care of the salon because the family is in Vietnam. But they were so nice, they did a nice job, and really talkative. We came here from rincon because there was no good places with a good review like this one. It worth the drive, and the price. Latroyia Hamilton If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place is by far the most unprofessional establishment Ive ever encountered. The staff is rude and tends to rush through services, especially as closing time approaches. I had a technician refuse to complete my fill-in, insisting I needed a full set instead, even though none of my nails were lifting. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for another technician to finish my fill-in. While the prices are reasonable, the service quality is terribly lacking. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually takes their time and values their customers.

Hannah I visited this nail salon with a friend for pedicures about a month ago, and we had such a great experience that I couldn’t resist coming back! This time, I went for a manicure, but ended up treating myself to a mani-pedi – why not, right? My nail tech, Iris, was fantastic. She was not only skilled but also great to chat with, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning soon! Highly recommend! Denesha Boykin I use to frequent this salon. Was in the Savannah area today and stopped in for a quick polish change on my toes and gel French nails. Will NOT ever return. The woman did HORRIBLE. My toes are TRASH and so are my nails. She attempted to “fix” her mistakes but only made it worse. No interest in ever returning.

Tonya Harris 10/18/2024 was my first time going to D&D nails. There was no wait, Ryan was very good and gentle with my hands. Im very sensitive with my hands and he soaked my nails off, gave me a full set and the cat eye polish that Ive been looking for. Ill definitely be back annnddd the customer service was great!

Bobbie Vasquez If I could leave 0 stars I would. Walked-in and asked for a manicure and dip. Brought my own dip powder because I very seldom find a color that will work with my work. The gentleman who did my nails, did not even attempt a manicure and went directly into grinding down the top of m my nails in preparation for the base powder. He seemed in quite a hurry. Less than 25 minutes to complete. He continued commenting on how short my nails were and preceded to use the nail grinder and cut into my skin multiple times. 10/10 will never return and I often came for pedicures. Update: they did refund my money for the service and gave me a $30 gift card to return.
