5 /5 Thomas LaGrant Jr: Great and clean environment to come and enjoy yourself. As a couple or alone. I love the elegant decor, great customer experience, they treat you like royalty here. Even if the husband is waiting, they ask if you need anything to make the wait comfortable. They have TV to wait, nice music, comfortable chairs and which makes the overall place extremely amazing. I will most definitely recommend this location to everyone.

Was my first time at Lush, I needed an emergency touch up on a Sunday after a botched set from a different salon in Savannah started falling off. Soo (pronounced sue) took me without an appointment even though they were nearing closing time, which I was super grateful for, and he took extra time to fix my ruined nail beds and make sure my new manicure was absolutely perfect. He was super personable and kind. This is the best set I’ve gotten in savannah and the best experience I’ve had from a nail salon, hands down. Can’t recommend enough!

5 /5 Felicia Kostiuk: I’ve come to this asking several times for manicures and today was my first pedicure. It was awesome. Clean and friendly as always. I smudge a nail or two and they fixed them promptly. I would recommend them to anyone. I scheduled my appointment online the day before and it was easy.

3 /5 Valerie McLaughlin: I walked in around 3 pm and was going to do a walk in appt. The man said he didnt have any time they were all booked up. I mentioned he had appointments online at 4 pm and he looked on his iPad and said to come back at 4 so I did. The gel pedicure became messy when I asked for flower stickers, seemed like the stickers wouldnt stick and it messed up the paint on my toes, also I have a piece of plastic stuck in the polish now on one of my toes. The manicure felt rushed and she was being sloppy and messed up my thumb nail and didnt repaint it well. I spent about $105 and this is the result. I think it could of been better for the price. She didnt charge for the toe stickers tho and she seemed nice. Also the nail salon was very hot like the heat was blasting.

2 /5 halee lee: Kim was just rude came in for a pedicure then decided i wanted my finger nails painted she talked me into dip then filled my finger nails short in a weird unflattering way of course i didn’t want tips cause i dont want the maintenance of getting my nails done explained im ok with dip as long as they don’t look thick. after the service i paid came in the next morning told her id pay to get tips cause i dont like how short she filed them she rudely said they were already short…yes they were short but not thick and ugly uneven and round and then rudely said yes you’ll pay..im thinking thats what i just said just a bad experience and while she was doing my nails the first time she burnt me with the drill on my nails twice once so bad i jerked on hand back she didn’t even apologize..giving 2 stars cause the guy redid my nails was polite posting a before and after. will never go back there again. way too expensive to have a unprofessional eye and to be treated rudely…
