1 /5 Raven Scott: My nails didn’t turn out how I wanted at all. On top of that, the tech didn’t apply enough product, so they already look like they need a fill. I also wanted a design, but she kept messing it up. When she finally finished and showed me the final product, it was sloppy—there was polish where it shouldn’t have been, and the overall look was just not clean. I told her I didn’t like it, especially because of the messy application, but she tried to downplay it. At that point, I just told her to take the design off.
