Karlie Lane UPDATED: Now Im receiving a bill TWO DAYS before they want to automatically charge our account. With no regard whatsoever to a persons financials or if they can even pay the bill in two days time. I try to call the "billing" department and they direct you to send an email on the patient portal and then hang up on you. You cant actually speak to a live person. Their patient portal shows me that we havent even been seen in the office which isnt true. This is months after we were initially seen. I assumed our insurance had taken care of it because we hadnt received a bill or statement or anything. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. The process of making an appointment was painful. Everything is automated. You can’t speak to a real person any time you call. You have to check in at a kiosk at the front door. And we waited over 2 hours for my daughter to be seen

Melanie Weaver The whole staff here are always so kind and friendly. Super easy checkin and payment. They always have appointments available and are quick to get you in and out. But most importantly they get you WELL!. It’s nice to have a place to go to locally, same day that show that they care.

Hannah Cutcliff Excellent opportunity to straighten teeth that had slightly crooked with age. I had braces in high school, and wore my retainer fairly regularly into adulthood. I didn’t have a bottom retainer, just one of those permanent brackets on the back of my teeth. A number of years ago, my lower teeth started shifting Within the bracket. Enough so that I decided to do “Invisalign” - I was able to do smile direct express, And straighten my teeth In 20 weeks. I also added on the whitening option, and I’m so pleased with how my teeth turned out And highly recommend Dr. Mills in Bainbridge.

Duncan Dillon They were so patient with me and my son. It was a little more than I wanted to pay, but my son could not wait any longer or he would loose permanent teeth in the front of his mouth. He is autistic and did really well with the process all by himself and I was proud of him.

Raven Parris I have never experienced such a warm, caring dental office! I highly recommend Leverett Dental! I can be somewhat anxious about the unknown at the dentist but Dr. Leverett came out to meet me prior to my cleaning and it put my mind at ease. Shelby is so sweet and GREAT at what she does. I’ve never had someone explain teeth & gums in that way. I feel so knowledgeable about my dental health and treatment plan. Overall, the entire staff is professional, kind and has EXCELLENT customer service.

Gemini Love the staff & Dr.White. I called & they worked me in the same day, unlike Port City Dental where I had been a patient for years. Port City Dental will never get my business again for various reasons. Dr. White & staff showed true professionalism. The office manager explained to me that I would have to pay up front. She told me they would file my insurance, so I would be reimbursed. I was in the office within 3 hours of calling. I had the extraction done, my prescription was sent electronically to the pharmacy & was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The office manager did as she said she would with my insurance. I received a check in the mail approximately 2 weeks from the date of the office visit. I must say I was totally pleased, they have a new patient...”me” & I recommend them to everyone.

Jerry Hand Awesome dentist, went in to get a tooth pulled, that I thought was beyond repair, but Dr. White was able to save it with just a filling. Receptionist and all the office staff were great, very friendly and accommodating, whole procedure pretty much pain free. Doctor knew what he was doing, just a little sting when given the shot. Would highly recommend if you need any work on your teeth.

neke daniels Will not be going here ever again. They had my husband in the back for over 3 hours pulling and tugging at his tooth to the point they broke the crown of the tooth off and left the root of the tooth in his mouth now causing him to have to have surgery. My husband is in extreme pain from this and now we have to dish out more money than we intended due to the negligence of this dentist. crazy part about it is when I called the receptionist ( which is his wife) told me they were not accepting any new patients but when I advised my husband of this he called and she told him to come in that day... ???? ... like how do you go from not accepting someone to accepting them anyway not even realizing that its the same people you just told yall wasnt accepting anyone as well as I was told he is retiring. I guess getting the money from the insurance company was more important, I tried to look pass the reviews and pray it was actually someone who was just mad but the crazy part is even tho the reviews are a year or months old they are true the current ones I feel are paid to say they are good but any dentist with a 3.0 score shouldnt be practicing. they took X-rays and all so how did his crown break off bc if they could not pull the tooth they should have referred us elsewhere and not put my poor husband thru all this pain. 3 hours is ridiculous for a pull tooth and they wouldnt let him leave they kept trying to extract the tooth and they were completely unsuccessful and my husband left with puncture holes in his lip and sliced up gums from their failed attempts. my husband advised me that when he told them he could feel everything and they hadnt numbed him where they were working they refused to correct the mistake.... if I was anyone please seek assistance elsewhere.

Stay Woke Don’t go there. He’s hurting your mouth on purpose, so you can come back and continue services so he can benefit from your Medicaid or Medicare provider. There is no privacy in this mobile home. Everyone can hear everything he tells you. He yanks on your mouth and talks to you in a very nasty way.

I was so nervous taking my son there for braces but they completely put my mind at ease and now it’s like a walk in the park to me and my son. They all have this amazing way with my son and I’m so grateful. Thank you Dr. Mills. All the ladies who work there are so genuine, kind and caring. You all rock!!!!!!!!!!
