The receptionist was most rude and I had an unsettled spirit the whole time. REVAMPED: I decided to return in April 25…Wow! Clayton Bright Great experience with Dr Mike Jin, Jewel, and Brandi at Oak Hill Family Dentistry. I have had several cleanings, I leave there and my teeth are very clean. Recently had to have a crown, not looking forward to it at all. Jewel, reassured me, she was very professional, took care of a lot of the prep work. Dr Mike did a great job on my tooth, always is conservative in preserving tooth as much as possible. The whole process went smoothly and I had no issues with the temporary. PJ Slattery This was my first visit to Oak Hill Dentistry although my wife visited them 3 weeks ago and was very satisfied. I can say that I have worked with dentists in 5 states and 4 different countries and this was by far, the best of all. Everyone is very good to work with from Joy at check in to Brandi, the hygienist, a real professional and nice lady too. Dr. Jin is amazing and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Everything is well explained and he spends a lot of time outlining what needs to be done without pushing for additional unneeded procedures. Great experience!

David K Williams I had a tooth extracted, and this dentist was great. I was a new patient with a tooth ache. After I called 3 other dentist, I got one appointment but after reading their reviews, I cancelled. Then I made an appointment here for two days after I called. They said they would try to get me in earlier, and they actually did, for the same day I called. Dr Osborne, patiently explained my choices, the cost, and the entire process. I choose an implant. The next morning I had a second appointment and removed the bad tooth. Payment was actually a little less than estimate. Then she called the the following day just to check on me. The entire staff was awesome, from the first call on. I only waited in waiting room for about 5 minuets both times. Hygienist and Dentist were obviously well experienced and coordinated every move together. I wish I know each persons name, just to say Office staff was just as professional and courteous. You got to try them when you need a dentist. I will be back on a regular basis.

vinny greco Well, I’ve been going to this dentist in newnan for about six months had plenty of work done from the time I walked into that office greeted like family by a very lovely down to earth caring receptionist which I believe she is the office manager as well she very knowledgeable very professional . the young lady who does the billing and appointments ditto with her as well the hygienist again very professional very open and honest to the assistance and even the two dentist that I had the pleasure of them working on my teeth I recommend this office and if I had my own practice, I would hire each and every one of them this is what I think teamwork and professionalism is when you have a business and if anyone as I read these other reviews many feel the same way I do and some see it differently. The ones that see it differently than I do then evidently they do not know what teamwork means again. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs dental work done. I give this office and all the staff 120%.

Michael Stewart Pediatric Dentistry of Newnan is an exceptional dentist office for children. Before this office, we had used two other pediatric dentists with our oldest child, and none compare to the encouraging environment and personal professionalism by Dr. Kim, the hygienists, and staff. Dr. Kim is exceptional and has created an incredible atmosphere for our kiddos! Most notably is their efficiency. They willingly schedule all 4 of our kiddos at once for cleanings and we are in and out within an hour and sometimes less!!! My 2 year old loves going because his big siblings go and he has seen the gentle care provided to them. We will only ever recommend this office ❤️

Having a tooth extracted didnt put me at ease, but those 17 minutes were unbelievably easy. No problems, no pain, friendly, professional! Thankful for such a great experience!!!

Regina White I am 56 years old and I have a severe underbite. I was an automobile accident just over two years ago that did quite a bit of damage to my dental work and teeth. I don’t have the $40,000 plus for the cost of implants. I usually see another Professional TMJ and Maxillofacial surgeon And I have seen the same ones for many years. I have been gone away from there long enough just for me to be considered a new patient. To make a new appointment I have to wait approximately six months or more.. I come across the listing here which is much closer to home. I can’t seem to get it through the receptionist or front desk person that I don’t have a general dentist because I was going to the other group and of course they’re not going to give me a referral because I can’t get into them, these people their rules are they need a referral. Well my hands are tied if I go to a regular dentist, a regular dentist does not necessarily know how to work on anyone who has a severe underbite. And the way this front office person talked they don’t really know how to work on anyone who has a severe underbite with TMJ either . They were little to no help With what I needed. And this receptionist did not understand that not every dentist will release x-rays under any circumstance, which also means my insurance will not pay for the same x-rays twice in one year. Which translate to more money out of my pocket. I hate dealing with dentist. There’s always some crooked rules that they have the very last dentist that I went to which was just over a year ago they charged me my insurance and my flex plan about $800 worth of work that was not done, and of course, trying to deal with that office was absolutely impossible, and I always wondered why people hated dentist and hated to deal with them. I get it now they lie cheat and steel. Every chance they get. I wish I didn’t have to deal with this, but I do. I’m completely embarrassed of the way that I look. And I keep coming up with constant dead ends. But I would absolutely steer clear of this place here. They need someone in the front office that knows exactly what they’re doing and not just pulled the first person off the street that applies for the position.

I spent much of my visit trying to hold back the laughter while Dr Sahara and the Dental Assistant (Erica I believe) talked about family, traffic and life; while drilling the cavity on my tooth. The front office staff (Felicia) is so nice and easy to work with.

My most recent visit I came in for a cleaning and brought up a concern I had about a cavity and Dr. Sahara said she had time to take care of it right then. Within 15 minutes my cavity was filled. They were like a nascar pit crew!! Everyone is very kind and helpful so it makes every visit a pleasant one.

They refer to specialists for extraction and root canals, and their referrals are always top-notch as well. Locations in Newnan and Peachtree City and weve been to both. Friendly, caring staff always make us feel comfortable. They treated my children from childhood through adulthood and were all still regular patients.

Nick R I continue to return here to see Dr. Sehra because her dental practice is, in all my visits: perfect. If youre like me a year or two ago and are dreading going to the dentist after a long hiatus, just stop thinking about it, call this clinic now, and end up really grateful you went. I had built up the need for multiple fillings, and all have been much less than the expected hassle or pain (in distant memory, this is typically not a fun experience). Wisdom tooth removed, local anaesthesia only: didnt feel a thing during the procedure. While, sure, I could just be lucky, even jaw soreness was gone in a few days. I am writing this 3 hours after (hopefully my last) extraction and its not bothering me in the slightest. Felt zero pain during the procedure, not even the anaesthetic injections. How often does someone say theyve gotten 4 teeth pulled and it flat out didnt hurt? I have no knowledge about technicalities, but clearly the skill level here is through the roof. Update 2 days later: already feels almost like it didnt happen. Staff are friendly and professional, knowledgeable about insurance and happy to explain, flexible with scheduling, and have taken time to help me by adjusting a treatment plan that is easier on my out-of-pocket. Based on my experience they could probably just bulldoze the waiting room because all my appointments have started exactly when theyre scheduled for. Again: I could be really lucky; also again: how often does someone describe ANY healthcare treatment without mentioning having to sit and wait 90min for seemingly no reason? I dont know what else one would ask for, and I will continue to drive much farther than numerous other clinics to return here.

Edna Rogers This is the most amazing dentist and staff I have ever had. He thoroughly explains the injections step-by-step makes you feel comfortable he makes you laugh the staff makes you laugh it’s very welcoming and I’ve had great results. It really helps my muscles a lot. I have fibromyalgia and don’t like to take medicine so this has really shown good progress for helping my muscles. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone who needs great dental care, or even help with their muscles.

Chris Ripley Dr Cheney is very friendly, efficient and capable. I’ve not been to another dentist with as good a bedside manner as he has. Honestly seems to want to help. He treated me a few years ago while visiting in town and I was so impressed that he was my first thought when moving to the area. Nate Ross First visit to the office was today for a cleaning and exam. Dr. Stamps was very thorough and you could tell she treats her patients as people and not co-pays. Amanda the dental hygienist was also amazing she did a phenomenal job and kept me pain free. Even though this office is not in my insurance network it’s worth it.
