They have been able to schedule us for updated appointments and deliver the services we originally committed to. We appreciate that they were responsive to our needs. We hope to continue receiving this level of service each and every time. __________________________ Edited March 27 2025: We very rarely change a review, but felt compelled to do so in this case. This practice has unfortunately shaken our confidence. They sent statements to our insurance carrier that were not consistent with the discussions we had in person. They rescheduled appointments for dental work that they had already charged us for. Even when a temporary crown came out, their instructions were to put it back on ourselves using temporary glue from the drugstore. Our objective now is to get the work we paid for completed and then go back to the drawing board... We are disappointed. __________________________ Original Review (5 stars): The whole team is great to work with. They are all very friendly and professional. The office is modern and well equipped. The Dentist, Dr. Keith-Jackson, is excellent. Jailyn provided exceptional service, as well. Having moved to the area less than a year ago, we were looking for a really good dentist. Well... we are happy to say that weve found our new dental practice!

The staff was amazing, the doctors, were so open to answer any & all questions, they showed me everything that was going on, and what needed to be done. I think I and my family, have found a dental team that we are very comfortable with. I am looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Peachtree Modern Dentistry. A young woman named Josylan (spelling?), went so far beyond anything I could have expected, I knew they had a special office with special people which is just what we wanted and needed.

Donna McDonnell: Up until a week ago, I couldnt say enough positive things about this practice (except the one Dentist I saw) Over the past 2 years we have been going to Wheat since we moved to Newnan, we have had a lot of work done and have spent thousands of dollars. Recently, I had a route canal and they were prepping me for a bridge that would also involve that same tooth. The cost out of pocket, after what was left of my insurance this year, was $1600.00. I offered to put half down and pay the other half off in a 6 month period. I offered my debit or credit card for auto pay. The office manager went back and forth between me and the dentist, who I will not personally name, (but should) he (the dentist) would not accept my offer. They wanted it paid off in 3 months, I told him honestly, that is too much for us right now (almost 300.00 a month). The office manager said they just dont do pymt plans (other then care credit) which I already have and have used some (interest is high). Weeks ago, when they advised me of this treatment plan, I told the gal who runs the insurance and works with you and advises on you on your treatment plan, that I could not afford that lump sum at one time. She told me she would talk to the Dr. And see what she could do and get back to me, which she never did. Until the Friday before My Monday appt they are calling to confirm. I of course at that time assumed that we could work a plan out. I was wrong. My point here, is that they do make pymt arrangements with some, not all. Let me say also, that we were always in good standing with them. Never falling behind on paying them. But it was never more then a few hundred that we would owe, most times we were just paying them in full at the time of service. Bottom line, Dr would not work with me on this pymt plan. Again, I offered 800.00 down. Never in my life have I dealt with such a uncaring Dr/Dentist. Why he was not willing to work with my husband and I is a mystery. He has done extensive work on my husband. Me, I just was getting started on the big work. He chose not to work it out, when I know for fact, they make arrangements. They pick and choose who they want to make arrangements with and I think its wrong. I loved most everyone there (Kelly, Amy, Kelly the hygienist) all the admin gals ) except the Dr. Always cold and unfriendly. I could tell you another unpleasant experience I had with him doing my root canal, but wont because it doesnt even matter st this point, he was just cold hearted. He is a jerk. They claim they care and that they know some people are apprehensive when it comes to dental work and how they will be gentle and kind and caring. Well him, not so much. I will not be using their services anymore. There are plenty of great Dental Practices out there that will care and will work with us.
