After I called 3 other dentist, I got one appointment but after reading their reviews, I cancelled. Then I made an appointment here for two days after I called. They said they would try to get me in earlier, and they actually did, for the same day I called. Dr Osborne, patiently explained my choices, the cost, and the entire process. I choose an implant. The next morning I had a second appointment and removed the bad tooth. Payment was actually a little less than estimate. Then she called the the following day just to check on me.
The entire staff was awesome, from the first call on. I only waited in waiting room for about 5 minuets both times. Hygienist and Dentist were obviously well experienced and coordinated every move together. I wish I know each persons name, just to say Office staff was just as professional and courteous. You got to try them when you need a dentist. I will be back on a regular basis.
