1 /5 Karlie Lane: UPDATED: Now Im receiving a bill TWO DAYS before they want to automatically charge our account. With no regard whatsoever to a persons financials or if they can even pay the bill in two days time. I try to call the "billing" department and they direct you to send an email on the patient portal and then hang up on you. You cant actually speak to a live person. Their patient portal shows me that we havent even been seen in the office which isnt true. This is months after we were initially seen. I assumed our insurance had taken care of it because we hadnt received a bill or statement or anything. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. The process of making an appointment was painful. Everything is automated. You can’t speak to a real person any time you call. You have to check in at a kiosk at the front door. And we waited over 2 hours for my daughter to be seen

5 /5 Melanie Weaver: The whole staff here are always so kind and friendly. Super easy checkin and payment. They always have appointments available and are quick to get you in and out. But most importantly they get you WELL!. It’s nice to have a place to go to locally, same day that show that they care.

3 /5 Amber Hamilton: The staff was wonderful. However I had the first appointment of the day arrived promptly at opening and the waiting room was dirty, the floors, the chairs, trash, Cleaning staff is needed. I had to help three ppl use the kiosk to check in and register in a rural area such as this a front desk person is needed, I just told the one older gentleman to go to the ER because he couldn’t get through the registration even with the virtual person helping. He couldn’t hear or see to follow the steps.

5 /5 Blair Thompson: Very positive experience!! I was seen quickly and everyone was very friendly!! Everyone genuinely seemed concerned for my well being. I received the treatment I needed. Would definitely recommend and will definitely go back if the need arises.
