1 /5 neke daniels: Will not be going here ever again. They had my husband in the back for over 3 hours pulling and tugging at his tooth to the point they broke the crown of the tooth off and left the root of the tooth in his mouth now causing him to have to have surgery. My husband is in extreme pain from this and now we have to dish out more money than we intended due to the negligence of this dentist. crazy part about it is when I called the receptionist ( which is his wife) told me they were not accepting any new patients but when I advised my husband of this he called and she told him to come in that day... ???? ... like how do you go from not accepting someone to accepting them anyway not even realizing that its the same people you just told yall wasnt accepting anyone as well as I was told he is retiring. I guess getting the money from the insurance company was more important, I tried to look pass the reviews and pray it was actually someone who was just mad but the crazy part is even tho the reviews are a year or months old they are true the current ones I feel are paid to say they are good but any dentist with a 3.0 score shouldnt be practicing. they took X-rays and all so how did his crown break off bc if they could not pull the tooth they should have referred us elsewhere and not put my poor husband thru all this pain. 3 hours is ridiculous for a pull tooth and they wouldnt let him leave they kept trying to extract the tooth and they were completely unsuccessful and my husband left with puncture holes in his lip and sliced up gums from their failed attempts. my husband advised me that when he told them he could feel everything and they hadnt numbed him where they were working they refused to correct the mistake.... if I was anyone please seek assistance elsewhere.
