Never said bad ward about the lousy work i had , he just fix it with a smile and great skill. Top notch for sure. I love my hygienist to Alina, she is pretty awesome too. Dave Robertson I used a dentist in Thomson who RUINED my bottom bridge trying to adjust my upper bite! After a short closing talk, I looked online for a new Dentist. I happened to see the site for Dr Davis and Ferguson. Having now had several major procedures done by Dr Ferguson, I am absolutely amazed and ecstatically happy with his work. He is an amazingly great Dentist that I wish I could have started out with! He is one of the kindest, considerate, personable person that I have ever had the pleasure to have met. His dental skills are knowledgeable, skillful with everything being explained as procedures are done with a gentle touch! The staff are all great individuals that are easy to talk with. They are all like one great big family making you feel like part of their group. This is by far the best dental office that I have been too and recommend them with the utmost respect!!

Dirk Selits Michele is wonderful! Shes been my dentist for many years - ever since I first moved to Augusta. David Rice The entire staff are kind and caring. I hadn’t been to the dentist in many, many years previously living in Roswell, GA mostly because I didn’t like the overall experience and especially the way I was made to feel like I was to blame for my dental issues. Dr. Claeys is very personable and honest about the best approach for my dental care. She is upbeat and actually praises me for my progress. The front office greets me with a big hello when I arrive and before I leave. A big shout out to Melanie (“Mel”) who is the best dental hygienist in the world!! I wish Dr. Claeys was around in my life much earlier.

George Sotiropoulos Riverwatch Dental is a very clean contemporary and a highend tech establishment. Everyone from the office to the medical staff are outstanding professionals. As for Dr. Perpall one cannot find words to describe hes expertise other than saying that he is the "heart-beat" of this dental clinic. And one more thing about Dr. Perpall he is also very talented on what he does. Because dentistry apart from being a medical profession, it is also an artistry. And dentists should also be a able to master that craft as well. It is the best all around dental office I have ever been to. The office seems to have the latest equipment. The staff in the office is wonderful. They are friendly, very competent and compassionate.

Sterling Gray I have been a patient here for approximately 10 years, ever since returning to Augusta. After Dr. Albright retired, I was initially wary of a new dentist taking over the practice. Dr Albright and his staffs level of care and customer service were top-notch. With that in mind, I was already anticipating a drop in care and service and was actively researching other practices. On my next visit, I was happy to see the same friendly and caring staff I had grown accustomed to, with the only exceptation being a new dentist, Dr Lopez. By the end of my visit, I had come to the realization that my worries were for naught. Dr. Albright chose a worthy successor, one that has somehow managed, in a rather short period of time to improve the practice and to greatly expand its services. I greatly encourage anyone, who is looking for a Dentist that offers a truly comprehensive list of services to contact this practice. Brandon Timani Adam Scott is a good dentist. My main issue with him is how he is known to treat his patients. I had an experience with him where he asked me about my job, and then he proceeded to talk negatively about me/ the people who work in my field. He made these kinds of comments a few times, so I left Greenbrier Family Dental. It’s just unprofessional to have my dentist to talk crap about my profession while he’s checking my teeth for cavities. Today, one of my friends told me about an experience she had with Adam Scott where he talked down to her, and told her to “grow up” in reference to a dental/financial issue she was having. Frankly, it doesn’t surprise me knowing him. I do not have this problem with my current dentist or with any of the other dentists I’ve had in my life. Please, Dr. Scott, treat your patients with more respect.

Amy Fenton I love Dr Scott and his staff. We have gone to him for years and he has always taken such great care of my family, even coming in after hours on several occasions for dental emergencies. I am extremely particular about my dental care and I have no desire to go elsewhere. I am so perplexed by some of the negative reviews on here because they do not align with the people I know and the care we have always received. Natieia Mayfield Waited over a month for my first appointment & they canceled the day before. I called and asked why they waited to cancel until the day before and the lady had the worst attitude. I messed up and decided to give them a second chance. Waited again over a month for my appointment, took my time off and everything. Just to get there and the the lady at the front desk says “ oh we ment to call you and reschedule because our doctors sick.” If I could give them 0 stars I would their customer service is terrible.

And my monthly payments are great & affordable. You get a $100 gift card for referring friends as well. I’m so excited to start my process.

The billing staff members are my reason for going elsewhere and poor rating. The way a “same day cancellation” fee situation was handled, rubbed me the wrong way.

They said that I have Periodontal disease stage 3 and removing my wisdom teeth is the treatment. I need a surgery. .Dr.Patel always scared me I will lose my teeth and i will have denture. They said I will not get any single changes if remove my wisdom teeth. I have lost my cheeks and charm after my wisdom teeth surgery. If they had given me true guidance, I would have not taken out my wisdom teeth. other Dentists said that I have mild symptoms , no need for removing my wisdom teeth. i should nt have gone to this place. i do not recommend to this place anyone.

Michael Maloney I received care on 14 March 2025. Everyone who I spoke with and provide me with administrative assistance and medical care was and is friendly and professional. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and my physical comfort was a very high priority down to offering me a blanket to keep me warm in the surgery clinic. ( I am shamefully embarrassed for not saying "please," and "thank you," when it was offered. The waiting area and restrooms are very clean, neat and orderly. Pagers are issued to patient escorts to summon them when patient s care is complete. This is perhaps one of the very best treatment facilities I have received care at.
