My hygienist, Hannah, is the absolute best! She is always on time, does a great job cleaning my teeth, and is so easy to talk to. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude make every visit comfortable and stress-free. My dentist, Dr. Swain, is incredibly thorough, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. If you ever need to schedule a procedure, Sherri is the best! Sarah Maret I had a wonderful experience today at Cumming Dental Associates, similar to all my previous. The staff is incredibly kind and the wait time was minimal. My hygienist today, Christina was very professional and gentle while doing my cleaning and x-rays. The dentist I saw was wonderful and gave me cost-effective options for treatment I need. She was understanding when I wanted to quote and there was no pressure around making the appointment with them which I appreciate. I’m glad to have found this gem of a dental office when so many have gone corporate. Along with an amazing staff, their office is convenient to 400, clean and their hours are amazing. I called last minute for a cleaning appointment and they were able to find time to fit me in with a cancellation. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dentist office.

Cari Alexander I am someone who does not especially “ like going to the Dentist as it usually is a painful process cleaning my teeth.” Today at Aspen Dental proved me wrong! The staff was kind, expedient and resourceful. The front desk staff were attentive in assuring I was checked in allowing me to be taken back for X-rays, of which the Tech was gentle and explained what she was doing, while situating me for X-rays. The Hygienist was the first to report the status of my X-rays and looked over my teeth assuring me that I could have them cleaned that day. The Dentist was pleasant, encouraging and informative. There is one room that has chairs, the patients are sitting next to each other not comfortable at all. There is no such thing like personal space. The phone call wait is absolutely ridiculous. It was not a pleasant experience for my kid I would never choose this place again.

Getting an appointment at all took months and it was from a random call at a random time after trying several times. Now I cant confirm my appointment to make sure that was the correct date. Horrible customer service. Been on hold for 13 minutes and it hung up. Now Ive been on hold for 7. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Not worth the trouble.

Robert Franke The hard truth is, that Ive not been to the dentist in a long time. I happend to meet someone at a pharmacy picking up meds for my son. While chitchatting I mentioned its been a while since going to the dentist. She also works at Timberidge Dental, and recommended me to come in and get fixed up. Whatever the reason, I decided it was time to go, and might as well make the appointment. I live near by so I stopped in to make the appointment and behind the desk was Valarie, wearing the same bright happy smile as at the pharmacy. Valarie and the front staff couldnt have been nicer. When I came back for my appointment I was obviously very nervous, but was made to feel welcome, and was so well taken care of. The dental hygienist (I cant recall her name) was fantastic. She was so good at her job I didnt feel any pain, but wow, she did a great job. Dr Rella was compassionate and explained all my options. I left with a highly detailed explanation of what needs to be done, and am actually looking forward to getting back in and putting myself in their very capable hands. dee cook I had a very pleasant experience with my visit. Everyone on staff was very friendly and professional while I was there. I went for re-allignment for my dentures. They did the top and they are working really good but unfortunately the bottom teeth couldn’t be all rinsed because he knew he couldn’t make them fit any better than they did. I was so happy he told me instead of trying to keep me happy and adding another 200 dollars to the bill. I was very impressed with his honesty. I will definitely go back. .

Ashleigh Rollins Basically if you have 2-3 hours to wait, this is a good dentistry. If you don’t have HOURS to wait around, go somewhere else! The dentist himself is very nice and has great attitude and apologizes each time for the wait. But it can only go so far EACH TIME. The woman up front who does the scheduling and call taking, is just off-rude and not the best up-lifting attitude at all. His assistant that does the X-rays is slightly passive aggressive like. And seems to have the same attitude as the lady up front. The receptionist.. last time I came here 6 months ago I waited OVER 2 hours Almost 3 !!! — no privacy either! You can hear every THING! Next to you! The lady next to me went on vacation to Disney World and just got back and the dentist said he was scared of Mickey Mouse. She’s the owner or manager of Mellow Mushroom.. she said it’s a national chain. Woopty doo! The cabinet has the x ray machine in it. So the doors are wide open when you have your x rays done. When they finally do them that is. No privacy! They saw another person BEFORE ME and they literally forgot about me! I had to get up and go to the front and ask why was that patient being seen and not me? They literally didn’t have an answer for me and asked me to go sit back down. Didn’t get no free toothbrush nor toothpaste and also no discount PERIOD! You don’t get a goody bag -NOTHING. That’s the LEAST you could do, but not here!! This is my third and LAST time. I was on time today, got here for my appointment at 9:30am, and it’s 10:05am still waiting and nothing is done. There’s also 2 people ahead of me still! Insane! I even asked the scheduler when I made the appointment to please make sure SHE doesn’t double up on scheduling or anything because I take time out of my life and jobs and chose this place to come here instead of this other place every one else around me has recommended. And guess what? IM STILL WAITING ! I do NOT recommend this place! How do you expect to keep a good business running and good customer satisfaction? You won’t find that here! Pictures show how open it is and there’s no doors or anything it’s the small hallway (hallway seems long in photos but mid way down is where you enter and exit) and you can also hear the lady who went to Disney making her appointment for next time.
