5 /5 Angelique Kimberley Waller F: I have been coming for a few months now and I have enjoyed every visit. Thats funny because who can say going to the dentist is enjoyable well I can. Michelle is sweet and gives you a warm feeling. Always has an answer to all my questions. Doc is amazing. He makes you feel involved in your treatment plan. Does not mind explaining things to you. Together he finds the best way to fix all your problems. His bedside manner is worth everything to me. I feel safe in his hands. Could not be happier with their service.

1 /5 Ashleigh Rollins: Basically if you have 2-3 hours to wait, this is a good dentistry. If you don’t have HOURS to wait around, go somewhere else! The dentist himself is very nice and has great attitude and apologizes each time for the wait. But it can only go so far EACH TIME. The woman up front who does the scheduling and call taking, is just off-rude and not the best up-lifting attitude at all. His assistant that does the X-rays is slightly passive aggressive like. And seems to have the same attitude as the lady up front. The receptionist.. last time I came here 6 months ago I waited OVER 2 hours Almost 3 !!! — no privacy either! You can hear every THING! Next to you! The lady next to me went on vacation to Disney World and just got back and the dentist said he was scared of Mickey Mouse. She’s the owner or manager of Mellow Mushroom.. she said it’s a national chain. Woopty doo! The cabinet has the x ray machine in it. So the doors are wide open when you have your x rays done. When they finally do them that is. No privacy! They saw another person BEFORE ME and they literally forgot about me! I had to get up and go to the front and ask why was that patient being seen and not me? They literally didn’t have an answer for me and asked me to go sit back down. Didn’t get no free toothbrush nor toothpaste and also no discount PERIOD! You don’t get a goody bag -NOTHING. That’s the LEAST you could do, but not here!! This is my third and LAST time. I was on time today, got here for my appointment at 9:30am, and it’s 10:05am still waiting and nothing is done. There’s also 2 people ahead of me still! Insane! I even asked the scheduler when I made the appointment to please make sure SHE doesn’t double up on scheduling or anything because I take time out of my life and jobs and chose this place to come here instead of this other place every one else around me has recommended. And guess what? IM STILL WAITING ! I do NOT recommend this place! How do you expect to keep a good business running and good customer satisfaction? You won’t find that here! Pictures show how open it is and there’s no doors or anything it’s the small hallway (hallway seems long in photos but mid way down is where you enter and exit) and you can also hear the lady who went to Disney making her appointment for next time.

5 /5 Zoe Catherine: Been to several dentists in my life. And I have never felt comfortable going to a dentist until coming here. He always does an amazing job and explains everything to you as he goes. Front desk is always sweet and helpful.

5 /5 Maria J: Me and my husband are so grateful we came here with Dr Farid, he took his time for each of us and explained with extra details our treatments and answered all our questions. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and super helpful, also took the time to explain step by step what was next. This was our first visit here and we are beyond thankful with the whole experience.

This doctor is always on time, always listens to your concerns, explains everything and goes to work. He is kind, compassionate, and I cannot say enough about the quality of work.
