Michele Byrne This was my first experience with this dental practice as we just moved into the area. I cracked my tooth on vacation and they got me in right away. The doctor was welcoming, professional and answered all my questions. I had to have a tooth extracted and 4 days after I was still experiencing pain. I was going to be away for a few days and was worried I might have an infection. I called the practice and they got me in within the hour! This is a very large practice but they made me feel part of the family from the moment I entered the door. Highly recommend

Jim Wilson Dr. Will is concerned with the total person not just as a patient. My wife of 21 years recently passed away. Dr. Will took the time to comfort me and told me he was there for me. He is a "pain free" professional as I am going through the dental implant process. He explains every procedure he expertly utilizes. Dr. Will is highly skilled as Ive had no need for any pain medication. The bottom line is that I trust him completely and highly recommend him.

And they are very fast. It was shocking among all my dental experiences in the US. They are amazing. 2. They are very kind. I think this is very important. They are very kind and meticulous. 3. The dental clinic here offers very reasonable prices. They provide the best medical services, but they offer reasonable prices, which is very good. I went here for an hour. Alan Boyd Beware if you have Guardian Dental Insurance. I really liked this dental office until my insurance changed. Dont go here if you have Guardian Dental Insurance. Just six months ago with BCBS insurance, they were content with $1,100 or so for a crown. Now that I have Guardian, they charge around $1,400. I pay half of the tab with either insurance company. When I asked why it changed, they told me that my insurance had negotiated that amount with them. Whos the client, me or my insurance company? WTH..(what the heck). So, now I pay more because my insurance company is stupid enough to negotiate a higher cost than my other insurance company. Its very clear that we (you) are not their client. The insurance companies are. Its not about the money. I can pay the money. I just dont think its fair.

Gerri Wray Johnson For anyone who is uncomfortable about going to the dentist, this place has been the best I have ever experienced. Great customer service, Rita at the front is awesome, Dr. Haycock has a gentle touch and McKenzie manages the office well and also has a great touch. I came in thinking there was no hope for my smile but Dr. Haycock is making it possible!!! We all know dental work isnt cheap and insurance doesn’t cover much but they have a great payment plan system that will you bring your smile back one payment at a time. Thank you Dr. Haycock and your wonderful team for making my experience comfortable and worthwhile. (They also have great movie selections :) )

Alam Sayeed My experience with this dental office and Dr. Hoang was very disappointing and fell well below expectations. I received a message from the front office confirming a morning appointment with Dr. Hoang. The clinic is over an hour away from my home, and while I was already halfway there, I received another message informing me—without any prior notice—that the appointment had been cancelled. Despite this, I continued to the office as my orthodontist had specifically advised me to consult with Dr. Hoang. Upon arrival, I requested to speak with him, but I have no idea what was communicated to him by the front desk. When Dr. Hoang eventually came out, he seemed visibly irritated and spoke in a dismissive tone. The staff was unprofessional, and Dr. Hoang’s attitude was shockingly rude. This was truly one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had with a dental practice. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for respectful and reliable care. SAVE your MONEY and TIME.

Shelton Root A modern dentistry practice with a home town "personal" feel. This is a very family oriented practice complete with a pediatric focused dentist on staff! They have a "house" insurance program that is very competitive and worth taking a look at. A positive attitude and care for the patient is obvious in all steps of the visit. The receptionists and hygienists are just as amazing as the dentists and make the whole experience a pleasure.

Janet Jameson My adult son was having major issues with his teeth and needed to have the majority of the top row of his teeth removed. After two discouraging and frustrating consultations with other dentists and oral surgeons, we talked to Dr Vancil. He was so kind and compassionate and thoroughly explained the issues and the procedure he would perform. The procedure ended up being far more intense and difficult than originally anticipated because of the depth of the roots of my sons teeth so Dr Vancil was not able to extract any of the teeth but he instead had to cut out each individual tooth! He made my son feel as comfortable as possible and able to withstand the procedure. ! We are beyond thankful for his expertise and compassion and how he handled every aspect of this whole process! Dr Vancil is the best dentist and we highly recommend him whether you need routine dentistry or have major issues like my son did. His staff is also excellent and represent him so well. Thank you Dr. Vancil for sharing your God given expertise and your compassion.

Nichole Evans I was seen at Salyer Orthodontist for a TMJ consult. Dr. Salyer took a lot of time explaining my options, and what I could do to remedy the issues. He was very personable and gave straight forward easy to understand answers to my questions. The front staff and his assistant were also friendly and caring. I decided to give the practice a second chance because Dr. Brown was so amazing during my first visit. I visited the practice again in January 2025, and was welcomed and taken care of by the ladies at the front desk in a professional and inviting manner.
