1 /5 Alam Sayeed: My experience with this dental office and Dr. Hoang was very disappointing and fell well below expectations. I received a message from the front office confirming a morning appointment with Dr. Hoang. The clinic is over an hour away from my home, and while I was already halfway there, I received another message informing me—without any prior notice—that the appointment had been cancelled. Despite this, I continued to the office as my orthodontist had specifically advised me to consult with Dr. Hoang. Upon arrival, I requested to speak with him, but I have no idea what was communicated to him by the front desk. When Dr. Hoang eventually came out, he seemed visibly irritated and spoke in a dismissive tone. The staff was unprofessional, and Dr. Hoang’s attitude was shockingly rude. This was truly one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had with a dental practice. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for respectful and reliable care. SAVE your MONEY and TIME.

5 /5 Tiffanie P: Dr.Hoang is INCREDIBLE! My teeth are in pretty bad shape but he hasn’t made me feel embarrassed or ashamed like most dentists in the past have. I needed a root canal that I went for today and was terrified! Dr. Hoang told me everything he was doing before he did it and checked on me every few minutes to make sure I was in no pain at all ! I have major dental anxiety and a bad gag reflex! But Dr Hoang was extremely patient and understanding. I need another root canal and am not worried in the least . You are in great hands here ! The office is inviting , calming and so clean . 100/10 !!!! Will be getting all my dental work here going forward
