They all made me comfortable and tried to help me through my difficulties by going the extra miles making sure they can do all the could to put a smile on my face before I left and scheduled me an appointment to remove the most painful tooth out and handle at all one at a time. She was kind and gentle and explained everything she was going to do before she did it. I really appreciated her doing that. It helped me relax and process things better as a patient. I will definitely come back for future treatments and make recommendations to all my friends and family!

Rita Strong Staff is always courteous and professional; no long wait to be seen; they make you comfortable and constantly inquire if you’re okay. Had to get some fillings and I didn’t have to complain about pain. I was impressed!

Jennifer Wilson I’ve taken my kids here since they were 2 and we have never had a bad experience. Everyone from the front desk staff, X-ray, Hygienists, Dentists and anyone else have always been friendly, and nice. Today, Debbie was their hygienist and she was so personable and kind. I love the way she communicated with my children and it made me feel good as a mom when she complimented their behavior and how polite they were. And when she told them they had great teeth, their smiles said it all. Again, all of the staff today were so nice and, the environment is always so inviting and kid friendly (as a pediatric dentistry should be) I just can’t say enough about how much we love coming here.

Debbie was so kind & patient with my son showing him everything and giving him the chance to be comfortable before cleaning his teeth. Ria Bossa Another good visit! I appreciate how understanding and professional the staff always is. Having a child with disabilities can be stressful during visits. I appreciate the length they go to try to minimize the stress. But any additional concentration on servicing those with special needs would be amazing and greatly appreciated

Kaii My whole family loves Koch Orthodontics! My three brothers have been coming here, and my mom is also a patient, so I’ve seen how great their service is for years. Everyone is super friendly, the office is clean and welcoming, and they always make sure you’re comfortable. Today was my first official appointment, and I already feel like I’m in good hands. They take the time to explain everything, and the energy here is really positive. Definitely recommend Koch if you’re looking for an orthodontist who actually cares!

Bernita Carter Omg. My first visit with my foster child was phenomenal. I was greeted so respectfully. Then I was offered coffee,hot chocolate,water etc. After going to the back and explaining my situation to us, she received a first visit gift that she loved. A dentist came in to look at her pictures and offered her a book he wrote. He also autographed it. That was so nice. Now Im in here again today because my grandson mom had to work. Same kindness and greeting. The place is also clean. Thank you all for making us feel like people and not numbers for your business.

Lee Michaud I have been coming here for years and they are always honest and friendly. The hygienist was AMAZING! She gave me a lot of really good information about gum health and flossing. Also their prices are fair so you don’t feel robbed after leaving the office.

Keeshanda Price Be aware. This office was taken over by these money mongers a few years back, I was not alerted that the office had a new owner. I returned to the office and my teeth were never cleaned, a 5 minute examination was given and I was sent on my way only to have a $25 dollar fee attached. Not sure why if no services were rendered. I have been receiving a alert weekly since for payment that slowly accumulates weekly.

Lucero Delgado I got my regular teeth cleaning here twice (what most insurances cover) after moving to the area. I found it odd that they charge a $55 new patient fee when none of my other dentist did. I paid it since I needed my regular cleaning done. The hygienist wasnt the best. She rushed through my cleanings and stated I needed a deep cleaning. I was taken back because Ive had regular dental cleanings every 6 months for years and none of my other dentist/hygienist ever mentioned this. I decided to give them another shot and went back again. Same statement and hygienist said next time I come if my teeth dont improve than I will have to pay for a deep cleaning out of pocket ~$300. I cancelled my next appointment and went to another dental office in the area and they were fantastic! No new patient fees, and the hygienist took her time doing my dental cleaning and even confirmed that no deep cleaning was needed for me. Dentist was also great and followed up with no concerns on the health of my teeth. Not sure what the deal was with the hygienist at this location but just make sure you get second opinions before doing any work outside of normal cleanings and or anything that requires you to pay out of pocket. Front office staff were nice but I wont be coming back to this location.

Yvonne Francis I have been going here for the past 3 years and love it. The staff is very professional and helpful. I love Emily, my hygienist. She is very thorough and always so upbeat and always makes you feel comfortable. Dr Williams is very caring, he takes time with you and answers your questions. Dr Williams is trustworthy, he will only recommend you to professionals that he trusts. The place is very clean. I highly recommend this practice.

I can’t remember her name but she was gentle, informative, and made the whole process comfortable. My gums felt incredible afterward! I usually wait to book my next appointment, but I was so impressed that I scheduled my next visit right away, just to see her again. She truly deserves a raise for her outstanding work! Hilda Mensah My sad story with a happy ending. I had an injury when I was a kid. It was overlooked. And When I came the states. I was very optimistic that I will be able to solve my problem. I have spent money from one dentist to the other. I was even sent to Emory, where I was used as a case study. I got feed up. I ended up with one dentist for over 10 years just doing cleaning and the Doctor kept saying everything was okay until, he went on retirement. I was left with my fate. Two weeks ago, I just booked and appointment with Aspen Dental. Divine sent me there. I did my Xray and was told my problem with the solution. Oh Lord. I agreed and the procedure began. I have adopted Dr Katsnelson as my son. Dr Nyugen. She held my hands throughout the procedure. and Kelly, she was so caring and was just using those comforting words throughout the procedure. There is an elderly lady there called Omega, when my mouth was numbed and could not control my tongue, she came in the room and told me funny stories that made me clam down. There is a Muslim nurse, I did not pick her name. These people work as a team. Very professorial, timing and accurate. At a time. I thought I will live the rest of my life with my situation. They only did not treat me but gave me joy. I gave up on American Dentist, unit I met this team. God bless you

The front desk made check-in easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The dental team explained everything to me clearly and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the visit. I appreciated how gentle and thorough the hygienist was, and the dentist was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my dental health and concerns. It’s hard to find a dental office that feels efficient and personal, but Aspen Dental delivered on both. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality care and a friendly atmosphere!

I recently started my Motto clear aligner treatment at Aspen Dental in Loganville, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Dr. Katsnelson is superb—he thoroughly explains everything and genuinely cares about his patients. During my exam, he warned me about two potential small cavities and emphasized the importance of brushing, flossing, and minimizing sugar intake to prevent further issues. He even prescribed Prevident toothpaste to help protect my teeth, which I really appreciate. As for the Motto treatment, has changed my smile completely-the changes are drastic just with my first two trays! The app is super easy to use, and while my teeth are tender (which is expected with movement), I’m beyond satisfied with my progress. Dr. Katsnelson and his team are hands down the nicest and most informative dental team I’ve ever met. If you’re considering clear aligners or need a knowledgeable and caring dentist, I highly recommend them!

Jeff Brady Great experience. Dr Poisal was very thorough and great at explaining everything that she was doing. You can tell that she really cares about the patient in the chair and making sure they are comfortable and well informed. As we all know, the dentist is not in most cases somewhere we look forward to going. This place is the exception, I’m look forward to my future appointments.

Krista Roe Always on time, great treatment, but truly genuine and kind people working there in every role in the experience. I’ve been with them a good amount of time, and I’ve always felt informed but never pressured. They’ll offer and tell you recommendations, but they’re never going to try to “sell” you something. I’ve just started going in for threading treatment for scar repair around my mouth from hormonal acne, and it’s been such a smooth, informed, and encouraging process! I’ve been with dentists that pressure you and tell you extremes about your teeth and mouth to try to get you to pay for additional cleaning or treatment, and it was terrible. That is NOT the case here. Definitely a refreshing swap!

Raven Zenoria I just had a tooth pulled today. I went in crying with a panic attack, because of my fear of dentists. I’ve been treated very poorly by them in the past. I was awake the entire time, and didn’t want to be…We couldn’t avoid it. I was desperate to get this tooth out. The staff and Doctor was very kind and compassionate. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. They made sure I felt no pain at all, explained everything they were doing as it was happening. I have no insurance, and had to pay cash, but it was affordable. I am so very grateful for their patience with me. Thank you so much for treating me like a human being, and for such exceptional service. I’ll be going back, and sending as many people as I can! Thank you !

She really cares about making her patients feel comfortable when we get old, gums are receding and sensitive and she chooses to take the softer approach to bring the stress level to a minimum. K C If I could give zero stars I would. I sat in this office for 4 hours. 4 hours?! I had a routine cleaning appointment. During my visit, person after person came in telling me I needed to buy this and buy that and have all this extra work done. I declined and advised I just wanted my routine cleaning, which was included in my insurance plan. I continued to sit there and wait. Then they come in and tell me they wouldn’t even give me a regular cleaning. Went to a different doctor for second opinion on all the ‘required’ work I needed, per this office. And NONE of it was needed. What a scam and a waste of time.

Mrs. Kara Update: Found a different dentist who did not turn me away because Im pregnant. Unlike this place who dismissed me because the incompetent dentist was "feeling uncomfortable" seeing me during my pregnancy. Turns out I did end up needing some work done. So glad we were able to catch it in time and take care of it before the baby came and/or before it got way worse. Now imagine if I waited after the baby and past my postpartum like this Princeton dentist recommended! Just another reason why you need to avoid irresponsible providers like those at this office. They dont care about parentsneeds, but their own feelings. Also, in the beginning, I did reach out to this office with my complaint and they completely ignored me. Shows a lot about how much they "care." As a hygienist of many many years, Ive seen a lot in my career and this is the kinda place Id highly recommend people to avoid! I have been waiting for my new patient cleaning app for months!! When I came in and told them I was pregnant they did not want to see me because they couldnt get a set of x-rays on me. I filled my paperwork online, so they were aware of my pregnancy from the medical form I filled out. As a hygienist of 20 years, I have never experienced this. We always welcomed pregnant patients, yes even if they are new to the office, and accommodated them. I cant imagine rejecting a patient based on their medical condition!! Not to mention, I have no issues so I dont see why x-rays couldnt wait till after I had the baby. I went through all the trouble of finding this office, scheduling the appointments for my husband and I, and finding a sitter for our son, only to come and be rejected because the doctor was " uncomfortable." How disappointing! This feels like discrimination to me, because I was rejected because of my pregnancy status.

Charla Barr We came here for an emergency visit to fix my childs broken front teeth on the day before a holiday. They got us in for an appointment immediately even though we werent regular patients. The staff and dentist were extremely friendly and helpful with giving us information on what options we had and cost. The teeth look great and we were done in about an hour. I highly recommend Taylor Made Smiles!

Jim Burns I needed some dental work on one tooth. I got a quick appointment and when I arrived I was seen promptly. The Doctor and his assistants were very helpful and friendly. My immediate problem was addressed and I got good advice about my teeth. The charge was very reasonable.

Chantell Wilson This is quite possible the worst company that I’ve had dental work with. From the beginning I felt like it was all about money. The procedure I had done was extremely painful because she refused to numb the entire area up while doing my cleaning and filling. She just numbed the one tooth she was working on knowing I had a painful open tooth right next to it. I paid everything I was supposed to at the office in May. October comes around and I start getting an outstanding balance message in the mail then in messages then my email. I’ve called this location several times while they were still operating and no one responded. I’ve had my insurance company call them and no response. This doctor is very dishonest. Not only does my insurance company point out that they overcharged me but now they’re trying to send my paid services to collections. It’s very frustrating, considering you can’t even get work done there if you don’t pay upfront.

Tacara Brangama DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Went for a root canal late 2023. Horrible experience but Im a patient person & in Healthcare myself so I chalked it up to them being understaffed & overworked. I paid my deductible/coinsurance upfront as requested. Months later I began receiving outstanding balance notifications for $7. Then it changed to $236. I knew this was a mistake. I went to the office, no one could help. I was told to call the main office. I tried multiple time, no one would return my calls. Finally got some one. They told me they dont receive explanation of payments when the insurance company send their payment so I needed to contact my insurance company for answers. Sounds stupid but whatever... I got my EOB back from my insurance company just to find out that I over paid Coast & they overcharged my insurance. So I have been trying for weeks now to get someone from the Coast office to settle this is issue. Of course, no help, no call backs. I was told twice that the district manager would call me. Nope! Hasnt happened. So I have reported the fraud to my insurance and an investigation is pending. As I type this Ive been on hold with Coasfor 38 minutes waiting on someone to answer. Stay far far away from the place. Wish I could give negative star reviews.

I loved the way the staff interacted with each other and the way they took their time answering questions and explaining procedures to their patients. The doctor didnt make you feel rushed. kailie dale I have pretty intense anxiety around the dentist and have seen my fair share of sub par dentists. This place is so above and beyond. Dr Carter is honest, kind, understanding, AND so skilled. Had a filling today and it was so quick and so painless. He took time to listen to my concerns and kept me updated throughout the whole process. This guy is seriously heaven sent. I’ll never see another dentist! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Somehow they won me over, I’m on my way to a beautiful smile. I give them a ten in my heart. Four teeth and a crown and the dentist my dentist was God sent.

Over the phone, they clearly confirmed that they accept my insurance. However, when I showed up for my 8 AM appointment, I was told they don’t actually accept it. There was a clear communication gap between the front desk and whoever handles insurance verification. This could have easily been avoided and ended up wasting my time. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

However I tried Bay Creek dental as I got tried of driving to Atlanta and let me tell you, I have never been to a more impressive dental clinic. Everyone and I do mean everyone was super friendly but also very professional. The dentist and assistants were totally focused on my comfort and reduction of any possible pain. They did a great job and simply kept my comfort the best during the procedure. Of your looking for a professional Dental office… I strongly endorse Bay Creek dental.
