If you fail to fill out online paperwork, you can also do so in office the day of your appointment. They have a very simple easy check in process. The front end staff is very professional and the office is clean and has a very pleasant comfortable waiting area with complimentary drinks such as water, coffee, etc. My wait time was short. The staff in the back are also very kind and professional. They make you feel at ease while going over your medical history. I went to them for a 2nd opinion outside of my regular dentist whom I felt was not telling me the complete truth about a supposedly “necessary” costly procedure (root canal) and just as I suspected my tooth is unable to be saved. I was referred to an oral surgeon for an extraction. She showed me my X-rays while thoroughly explaining problematic areas that needs work. I am thankful to find a compassionate and honest dental practice such as Bay Creek and they will now become my regular dental office.
