5 /5 Kenneth Clark: I went to calm dentistry with a real fear of dentist. child hood trauma of course. it wasnt until i met the staff and the owner Dr. Carla Givan i felt comfortable. this is truly my favorite place and the only place i go. i went for a cleaning. after going to forward i came back for a root canal which sounds scary and painful but it was the total opposite. they had relaxing chairs, tvs, and it was actually no pain. i did feel some pushing but that was all. Dr. Carla also is so responsive and respectful. this is the first dentist that did not make me feel dumb. thank you so much Calm dentistry for restoring my confidence and healing my anxiety.

The dentist explains everything throughly and was very gentle. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely recommend it to my friends.

1 /5 Jay T: Spouse and I went to see this dentist bc our dental insurance changed and this place was now in our network. We both went in for new patient visit and were both told that we had cavities after they took X-rays. We were shocked bc we take our oral care very seriously and both brush and floss and rinse 2 to 3 times a day without fail. We decided to go see another in network dentist who also took X-rays and did a through checkup and they said we both had no cavities and just to be triple sure, bc as I said we take our dental care very serious, we decided to go back to our old trusted dentist to get a third opinion. We didn’t mind paying the out of network cost for another set of X-rays and check up so we could be triple sure. Guess what? No cavities! I’m not one to judge but either something fishy is going on at this office or the dentist there at Calm dentistry doesn’t know her cavities from healthy teeth. Take this info for what it is and just be aware that it doesn’t hurt to get a 2nd or 3rd professional opinion especially in this money hungry world we are living in.
