James Green: Experience was terrible. My first visit to this dentist and my last. There seemed to be a lot of tension among the staff there. The dentist was rough in his examination. I called prior to my appointment for a breakdown on the charges for a simple cleaning and after my procedure was told I owed them $77.00. My insurance paid them the contracted amounts after the appointment and I discovered that they had overcharged me. Was told they never refund. This place is a total sham!

The older generation will have no more memory of multiple visits, no more molds of runny, pink, plasticized goopidy-goo, no more color matching and certainly no more sending impressions to a far-off exotic land. Walk in for your appointment and walk out the same day with your permanent crown. Cool! Now how easy is that? This dental office is professional, friendly and down-to-earth. I highly recommend them. ❤️

They are so friendly, and on time…and let me say this—they will listen to what you have to say, and respond in the most caring way. Their office is extremely clean and spacious. I started bringing my son here as well, and he loves the experience. Dr. Brown is my dentist, and he’s great. Such a nice man who takes your feelings into consideration. His nurse, too, is amazing! But the front desk leaves a lot to be disired not very friendly and treated me like I was stupid when I was confused when both my children were scheduled for the same time. Wouldnt let me make an appointment without knowing insurance for my husband but no problem for my daughter. Apparently doing her job was too much to ask. Five stars for the Dr s though
