Celestine Grable: I had nothing but the absolute best experience with Dr. Miller’s office. From checking in to check out it was very professional. I had two teeth removed, both wisdom. The nurse assistants were very sweet and understanding. All questions and concerns were answered. I opt in for the laughing gas and the general anesthesia, I was put to sleep and the whole process was very easy. After the surgery, they waited until I was ready to go home. They didn’t rush me out of the office and the pricing is perfect. I would recommend anyone to come to Dr. Miller’s office.
Keith Will: I had a cracked/chipped tooth and needed a crown. It was the best dental experience for that kind of work that Ive ever had. Admittedly the crack was high enough that they didnt need to build up the tooth for the crown.
They have the 3D tooth printing technology which is genius. I was in and out in just over 2 hours with a permanent crown. and unlike prior dental work experiences, I didnt have a headache and I wasnt numb. I was able to have a pain-free productive afternoon with a permanent crown after one session.
I highly recommend choice one for that procedure at least.
Rhonda Ligon: My son changed to this dentist because we are new to the area. Our second appointment we had a change in dental insurance and when I made the appointment asked if they took our new insurance and was told they did. Let me now clarify they are not in network with any insurance. They will file but if your insurance does not pay or the payment is reduced if you go out of network they didn’t seem to understand. So my son had his appointment and then I had to pay the entire bill out of pocket. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the fact that they were nice and apologized for the “miscommunication” but it cost me $190 for a service that is covered by the insurance I pay for due to their “miscommunication” of which insurance they are in network - again - none.
Anna Marie: I always feel welcome and comfortable at this dentistry. Theyre always so careful to be gentle around sensitive areas and to make sure that I dont drown during the cleaning! Ive moved farther away but still go here because they have my loyalty.
