Our second appointment we had a change in dental insurance and when I made the appointment asked if they took our new insurance and was told they did. Let me now clarify they are not in network with any insurance. They will file but if your insurance does not pay or the payment is reduced if you go out of network they didn’t seem to understand. So my son had his appointment and then I had to pay the entire bill out of pocket. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the fact that they were nice and apologized for the “miscommunication” but it cost me $190 for a service that is covered by the insurance I pay for due to their “miscommunication” of which insurance they are in network - again - none.
Greensboro Cosmetic and Family Dentistry - Greensboro Anna Marie: I always feel welcome and comfortable at this dentistry. Theyre always so careful to be gentle around sensitive areas and to make sure that I dont drown during the cleaning! Ive moved farther away but still go here because they have my loyalty.

Tam is everything a professional should be. He acts and carry his self accordingly. His staff is very warming, loving, and caring. Never met a office full of people who cares and listens. 5 stars is not enough to rate Dr.Tam and his staff, it needs to be higher. Thank you and your staff for taking so much pride and care into your profession. I never write reviews but I had to for Dr. Tam and Staff at Oconee Valley Healthcare Dental.

Absolutely Love this Dental Office. Dr. Roberts and his entire staff have been so welcoming, professional and accommodating. I had an urgent dental issue and they immediately got me into the office. I must say I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Roberts made the entire experience comfortable and completely pain free. The entire staff ....from the front office to the hygienist and of course Dr. Roberts are fantastic. If you are looking for a great, quality dentist, I promise you would not be disappointed here. Highly Recommend!!!!
