2 /5 Rhonda Ligon: My son changed to this dentist because we are new to the area. Our second appointment we had a change in dental insurance and when I made the appointment asked if they took our new insurance and was told they did. Let me now clarify they are not in network with any insurance. They will file but if your insurance does not pay or the payment is reduced if you go out of network they didn’t seem to understand. So my son had his appointment and then I had to pay the entire bill out of pocket. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the fact that they were nice and apologized for the “miscommunication” but it cost me $190 for a service that is covered by the insurance I pay for due to their “miscommunication” of which insurance they are in network - again - none.

5 /5 Laura Crockett: Dr. Andrea and Michelle were great. Its never fun getting a new crown, but they made it more comfortable. I am so glad I switched to them last year.

5 /5 Yolanda Foster: This office is by far the BEST in dentistry! My appointment was 8am and the receptionist notice me sitting in my car at 7:15am and came to the car to ask that I come in. Well as soon as I was checked in by her, I was called to the rear and there was Dr. Grant waiting on me. I wish all my appointments decreased their waiting time and was as friendly and providing the same great service. I have completed all services required, received emails and texts for each appointment and insurance payments. The service from the front door to the payment area to the exit has been 5 stars in my book!

5 /5 Colin Andrukiewicz: What a great dental office. Never been treated so well. This was my first time. Everyone was so nice. Everything was being explained as we went along. Already have a cleaning set up. Its an hour from me, but I will take that drive.
