Keith Will I had a cracked/chipped tooth and needed a crown. It was the best dental experience for that kind of work that Ive ever had. Admittedly the crack was high enough that they didnt need to build up the tooth for the crown. They have the 3D tooth printing technology which is genius. I was in and out in just over 2 hours with a permanent crown. and unlike prior dental work experiences, I didnt have a headache and I wasnt numb. I was able to have a pain-free productive afternoon with a permanent crown after one session. I highly recommend choice one for that procedure at least.

Beth Wilson I recently had Dr. Ansley Jones replace an old cap/filling. It was from a damaged front tooth from 20+ years ago, so I was very nervous about replacing it and having it still look good. I was amazed! It actually looked much better than my original cap. I cant even tell that its there. It looks as good as my other "full" tooth. I wish I wouldve had her replace this years ago. Thank you, Dr. Jones. The quality that you put into your work is so greatly appreciated. :)

Amanda Reese I’ve been seeing Dr. Jones for years now, and previously, I was terrified of having work done on my teeth. She has made me feel so safe and comfortable.. and I’ve had a lot done! She is patient and takes her time. She will answer any questions you have and truly does her best to make sure you don’t feel a thing. I cannot recommend her enough, and especially for your kids. I’m so thankful that we found her when we moved to town!

Elizabeth Brady This was my first visit to Dr Millers practise. I relocated to the area and wanted to have a dentist close by. I can honestly say I made the right choice picking this practise. All the staff are extremly friendly and helpful from the front desk to the assistants, the dental hygienist, the xray tech and Dr Miller herself. They performed an extremly thorough check of my teeth and gums and I am very happy that I picked this practise to be my primary dentist. You wont be disappointed. Micheal.

Thomas McKee The office complex was safe, secure , convenient and handicap accessible. The office building was simple but eloquent. It was decorated artfully with pleasant colors and beautiful paintings of things like bird dogs while hunting. The entire complex was surgically clean. The furniture was modern, in pleasant colors and comfortable. The entire building was floored in a great light color of laminate vinyl.. Each treatment room had big windows so you could see the beautiful grounds. All equipment was modern and in cheerful colors. The doctors, nurses and attendants were extra friendly, accommodating and down to earth. They were Christians and acted like it. They were there to serve my needs, and they showed an exuberance of enthusiasm in doing it . I felt comfortable with their assessment of my dental plan and prices. In a short time their entire team seemed like family. They are great. I highly recommend them.

Erin Dever I was nervous walking in as a new patient, as I typically dread going to the dentist. However, I left sad I would have to wait another 6 months before seeing them again. The office staff are great. Dr Miller is so bubbly. Wonder experience all around. I definitely recommend 10/10.

Tammy Glenn My second visit with Dr Watson was yesterday, due to a break in a tooth, had another similar incident 2 years ago before a vacation overseas. Let me start by saying they provided same day service, and that service is the best I have ever experienced! Dr Watson and Susan made me feel so comfortable, literally could have fallen asleep..They got straight to work, not only repairing the one tooth, but seeing another damaged tooth which was actually cutting my tongue. My teeth look like I havent seen them in forever, yes some tears were shed.I just cant say enough about how they make you not feel embarrassed by the condition of your teeth, but instead make you feel amazing about the outcome of their awesome teamwork. The price with insurance was outstanding! I was in shock! I called a workmate and she immediately made an appointment too..Thank you both for your outstanding work, thank you for making me smile, and thank you for the future work that will allow me to smile again. My boss once said, Tammy you say all the right things, its just the way you look, meaning I dont smile enough, well we are going to change that with some cosmetic dentistry real soon. Rhonda Ligon My son changed to this dentist because we are new to the area. Our second appointment we had a change in dental insurance and when I made the appointment asked if they took our new insurance and was told they did. Let me now clarify they are not in network with any insurance. They will file but if your insurance does not pay or the payment is reduced if you go out of network they didn’t seem to understand. So my son had his appointment and then I had to pay the entire bill out of pocket. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the fact that they were nice and apologized for the “miscommunication” but it cost me $190 for a service that is covered by the insurance I pay for due to their “miscommunication” of which insurance they are in network - again - none.

Laura Crockett Dr. Andrea and Michelle were great. Its never fun getting a new crown, but they made it more comfortable. I am so glad I switched to them last year.

Yolanda Foster This office is by far the BEST in dentistry! My appointment was 8am and the receptionist notice me sitting in my car at 7:15am and came to the car to ask that I come in. Well as soon as I was checked in by her, I was called to the rear and there was Dr. Grant waiting on me. I wish all my appointments decreased their waiting time and was as friendly and providing the same great service. I have completed all services required, received emails and texts for each appointment and insurance payments. The service from the front door to the payment area to the exit has been 5 stars in my book!

Larry W Grant The staff here is an awesome bunch of people as well as their medical staff. The on-site pharmacy is awesome as well. The attention you receive with each visit is above and beyond most health care facilities give their patients now. Pharmacy staff makes sure you are taken care of also. Not to mention they a 5.00 plan on meds also. They also have a Dental clinic on site to. Call to make appt. had no issues getting threw and got appt. very fast.

Peqouya Hickman I love the staff they were super friendly. I went there for a tooth extraction and was very nervous, but her and her assistant kept me calm. It was very quick and I didnt have a lot of pain afterwards. I also brought my 3yr old for his first teeth clean and it shocked me on how they got him to corporate and they got him out there fast without any tears so that was a big plus for me . I will be coming back. P.s if you dont have insurance like me, Ms.Jones is not that pricey as most dentist, shes really affordable.❤

Celestine Grable I had nothing but the absolute best experience with Dr. Miller’s office. From checking in to check out it was very professional. I had two teeth removed, both wisdom. The nurse assistants were very sweet and understanding. All questions and concerns were answered. I opt in for the laughing gas and the general anesthesia, I was put to sleep and the whole process was very easy. After the surgery, they waited until I was ready to go home. They didn’t rush me out of the office and the pricing is perfect. I would recommend anyone to come to Dr. Miller’s office.

Tee Strother I recently had oral surgery at Lake Oconee Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center with Dr. David Miller to remove all four of my wisdom teeth, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. Dr. Miller and his team were incredibly efficient, making the entire procedure quick and seamless. The healing process was much smoother and less painful than I had anticipated, thanks to their excellent care and thorough post-operative instructions. I am very impressed with the professionalism and expertise at this center. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend Dr. David Miller and his team for any oral surgery needs.

Jacinta Whitley 10/10 experience today at the new Milledgeville location for my 12yo and 2yo. Staff was friendly and thorough. They did not proceed with any necessary work without first helping us understand and showing us what was needed. My 2yo typically does not like Dr visits but they made her feel so comfortable and she did not have any issues.

regina mcleroy The lady to the left of check in kept looking at me so I looked back, the one to the right was nice. They took my child back and after a while I was called back. The Indian man Dentist was talking to me about what my child needed, he explained he could only do a filling and had to go elsewhere for other things. While he was talking to me the blonde hair hygienist started talking to him about another dentist of what they don’t do, how unprofessional, so I went back to my dentist since she keeps going back to him and told them and if she leaves this place she can’t go back. I have to take my child elsewhere to have other things done but set up appointment to have a filling. Makes no sense when you’re referred to another dental place for what the child needs and they can’t do it, have to go to Macon to have the work. I will not go back to them, to be new in Milledgeville they simply can’t do their job. First time going here for my child and worst experience ever.

tyler Customer service is horrible. Apparently accounts receivable is also Dr. Millers wife and man is she rude and will say anything to make sure she feels like she’s superior to you. I had multiple fillings here, half of which had to be refilled. So I payed part of my bill and asked that the other half be taken off of my account. All I have received since then were threats and also threats that involved violating Hippa. Would highly recommend a different dentist.

Tarita Kuhns I went to Dr. Miller for some work and implants that took several years to complete. Im not a typical case due to an extensive jaw injury and because of this I become very anxious at appointments. However, it didnt take long to recognize how competent and trustworthy he was and this brought much comfort to me. He goes above and beyond in every situation. He, himself, called to check on me after each surgery. The implants were put in perfectly and Ive had no problems with them. I cannot explain how PATIENT and kind Dr. Miller was. His compassion is unmet. When I started having pain and issues with my jaws (from my previous injury) I tried to get in with a specialist and I could not get in with him for 4 months. Thats when Dr. Miller went to bat for me and called the Dr. himself, to see what he could do, and the process was greatly speeded up. He has my utmost respect and my highest regards. I could not give Dr. Miller a higher rating. Actually the entire staff, from the reception to his assistants, were all very kind and helpful. You feel at ease with everyone. I have no complaints!

Danyell Patton First off, the dentist office is not a place I ever look forward to visiting. However, this place is amazing and I love going in! I had a bad experience at a different place and hadnt been to the dentist in 3-4 years. I was apprehensive to go, but all the online reviews were great and my teeth needed to be cleaned, etc. I figured Id give this place a try and man... I AM SO THANKFUL I DID! The office is super clean and organized with all the latest equipment. The office manager, Rebecca is wonderful! She greeted me with a warm welcome and smiling face! She explained what my insurance would cover and what it wouldnt and gave me a detailed print out without my asking. My hygienist, Sandi, is literally the best! She did not rush through my deep cleaning and calmed any nerves I had going into it. She made me feel very comfortable and I 100% recommend her if youre someone who fears going to the dentist. Dr. Oliver is very knowledgeable in his field and explained all of my problem areas on my x-rays and answered all of my questions with ease and in terms that people not in the dental fiend can understand. What impressed me the most was how gentle he was with his exam. He has a delicate touch and his precision to detail is top notch. I feel very confident that I will be going to this office for many years to come.
