Naomi Ballenger Lied to me twice about the appointment. I called week after thanksgiving to have two teeth pulled only have appointment available January 8th so I took it, I called the Monday before the appointment to confirm I’m getting my teeth pulled was told yes. Went to my appointment and they tell me they do not pull teeth same day!! Was told to make ANOTHER appointment to have ONE pulled and that appointment was for MARCH!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Angela Hardwick This is probably the best dental experience I have ever had! The Dentist went above and beyond for me...And the other staff is so nice and helpful too...

Alexandria Russell If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Although the staff sounds very pleasant over the phone, the experience I received while getting a tooth extracted was far more than horrific! Dr. Powers, did NOTHING to help ease my discomfort. The way she pulled at my tooth, damn near lifting me off the chair was outrageous. I guess at one point she was shaving my tooth or something and caught ahold of my tongue with her tools. She huffed and puffed about it like it was my fault! Like I’m not the one sitting in the chair with a numb mouth. Then asks me if I just wanna go to an oral surgeon, cause I keep stopping her and not letting her do her job -after sitting in her chair for almost 20 minutes she wants to ask about an oral surgeon! Either this place needs to find another dentist or they don’t need to handle tooth extractions but something has got to be done!

Judy Woodyard I never dreamed I would find a dentist as gentle and accommodating as my previous dentist, Dr. Vasco Lowery, Toccoa. My dental plan considered Dr. Lowery out-of-network, so I took a chance and decided I would use Dr. Hooper, who is in-network and a good bit closer to me.I had been to Dr. Hooper only for my annual check-up. Last night a 52 year old crown fell off my front tooth. I knew I had a funeral to attend tomorrow and certainly did not want others to view me as the “family hillbilly” who was missing a tooth. Dr. Hooper’s receptionist Laurie told me she understood my problem and she would see what she could do. After a short hold, she asked if I could be at the office at 3:00. I was soooooo thankful. When I arrived, they took me right in. Dr. Hooper re-attached my crown and told me we would decide later if the tooth needs more. He is just as kind and gentle as Dr. Lowery. I’m so glad to have found him.

Carl Mankiewicz Dr. Hoopers clinic was a fantastic experience. He is extremely professional and very skilled. I have been to many dentists, and he is one of the most skilled & gentlest I have been to. He thoroughly and quickly assessed my issues and clearly explained the options for treatment in a clear and plain manner. Highly Recommended!!!!

Chelsea Long I waited over a month for my appointment today which I completely understood. I have a bad toothache , once my exam was done ( total of about one minute ) I was told my nerve was exposed and that I would need a root canal but I opted for extraction. I was told I would have to reschedule for the extraction due to infection but that they would call me in something for pain and an antibiotic. Mind you I am in excruciating pain with this exposed nerve. When I went to schedule the extraction I’m told the earliest appointment for that is over a month away. I schedule that and go home praying whatever medicine they call in helps this pain I’m in. I leave the office around 3 so I waited until 6 to call my pharmacy to find out I hadn’t had anything called in for me. The lack of empathy from the staff really broke my heart. I was crying in pain in the office and they couldn’t care less. I have made an appointment at a different dentist office to have my tooth extracted Monday - I just feel like they took my money and didn’t care at all that I was in so much pain. My advice if you’re in pain DONT GO HERE !!! I am so disappointed.

Jessica Kirk The provider and front office is always excellent although I always have issues with the MAs. I have to come back due to a screening not being completed during my sons last well child visit. I dont appreciate being hung up on when I have a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, I have to come to Danielsville due to the Banks location being just as bad, if not worse.

Herron Mike “HERN” They dont take care of people in severe dental pain. No care for you whatsoever. Disappointing lack of empathy for people that are suffering. I will never recommend this place after the way they treated my family.
