1 /5 Rocio Hernandez: Let me start off by saying they have been so freaking unprofessional. I thought Aspen dental was unprofessional. No, I think they beat them in this competition. I don’t understand how you can set up an appointment all the way from September then call you and confirm you all the way through coming down to the main day they wanna turn around. Text me not call. Text me like a little kid Talking about. Whoops we have to cancel your appointment due to whatever reason mind you keep in mind. This is the same reason why I freaking asked before I set up the appointment. Are you sure because some people have to use pto For these things and when you have someone sitting in my face saying yeah yeah yeah yeah I’m sure I’m sure I guarantee fast-forward coming into March. You have the audacity to make me confirm my appointment and then turn around. To your convenience because management is running off their workers now I as the customer have to pay for the ricochet of this effect………. And then you’re gonna have the audacity to text me. Tell me that I missed my 4 o’clock appointment and then turn around and blow my phone While I’m at work, knowing that I just told y’all a day before that I have a no phone policy!!!!! And then when I turn around to call them back, they want to have the audacity to try to shoot me a text message and when I call down there and speak to A manager I get told she’s not Available OK when are they ever available because I have never seen one yet and I have been requesting for one?!!!?? this is why that establishment is falling apart the way how it is!!management does not know how to manage and needs an investigation on this building. If management cannot handle the pressure management needs to be replaced and upgraded so these incidents don’t happen…. Management has really let their team sink and you can tell because they are half ass trained

5 /5 Camilla Patterson: Great staff and my child loves them! Was iffy on letting my child go because of the reviews but his old dentist stopped taking his insurance so I figured I’d give it a go! Don’t let star rating fool you we went to a almost 5 star dentist(adventure pediatric dentistry)that doesn’t compare to this place! Everyone has such a great attitude and everyone is so friendly also unlike adventure! Will say the “reviews” of not letting parents go back are also false. You just HAVE to inform them before scheduling the appointment that you wanna go back so they can put you in private room! I know this because all I did was ask before I ever scheduled an appointment and they made it happen. Most 1 stars are coming from that when really it’s not their fault you didn’t ask questions or clarify your expectations!

1 /5 Kaila Slade: If I could give no stars I would. 1st of all they dont allow parents back with their kids.They said it was a hippa violation. It definitely is not unless you can see another persons chart with personal information. All 3 of my kids said their regular cleaning was super painful and the lady doing it was very rough. They said she wouldnt ask them to turn, she would just yank their heads around. Not to mention its the next day and they are all still sore. My kids also said the staff that were in the back kept gossiping and talking about how sexy a doctor that worked somewhere else was. We will not be returning.

2 /5 Lance Clark: We were told we had to reschdule because we were 7 mins late ...however was told there ia a 10 min grace period. My son has a toith that hurts veey badly but was turned away anyway

1 /5 Julian Garcia: After my kids got done with their cleaning on December 4th, 2:45, they told me that their dentist were getting political and talking very bad about one the candidates very audibly and although they did not seem to mind, I feel like they should not be talking about that near the kids. I feel like they were unprofessional about this and need to keep politics out of work, or at least not talk about it while there are very impressionable kids near them.
