5 /5 Chatsworth Store: Being in an emergency situation, I was so pleased when Dr. Chung worked me in yesterday for an extraction. Having several special needs, including not being able to be laid back very far, Dr. Chung was very accommodating and went out of his way to make me comfortable. The extraction of this very back molar went very well. He was quick, professional and the cost was reasonable. 5 stars. Absolutely.

He took the time before my wisdom teeth removal to talk with myself and my husband about the procedure to answer all my questions and explain every step of the removal. He acted like we were his only patients he had. No rushing though, only the most helpful and companioned care. He is just a very nice person and so is all his staff. Cant thank everyone in this office enough for making a stressful days as relaxing as humanly possible.

I had a wisdom tooth removed today and Dr. Chung came to speak with me prior to the procedure and he addressed all of my concerns and let me know what to expect. I felt I was in very good hands and will be returning to see Dr. Chung for my future dental needs.

5 /5 Sha Bonds: Dr. Chung was great with me. My mom said he probably took 20 minutes to pull my teeth. The staff was everything and very professional and nice with me. They didn’t rush me off. I felt like I was their #1 priority. Even if he’s booked and your not in too much pain, please let him pull your teeth. You won’t regret it. You’ll need great people around especially since getting your teeth pulled is a big deal. They gave me ice pack, information on how to heal. I’d do it all over again just to have that experience. Literally in and out. Just wanna day thank you & I couldn’t not give my review to the public.

I am fortunate that all three of my wisdom teeth are grown and completely straight so they could pull them like a normal tooth. They offered to pull the tooth that was hurting me same day, but I had a meeting later. They got me scheduled for three weeks later. Tooth was out in 3 seconds and only cost me 160$. One day later and I’m in zero pain.

Kristy Mccamish: This is straight from our benefit package information. Please someone tell me why I have a sinus infection and need some medicine and they wont see me virtually. When it says it right there plain as day that, that is one of the things you can be treated for virtually. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me to come to the office, but I cant because Im at work and even if I could, its at least a 40 minute drive for me. WtH??

Kim Bailey: The entire staff is amazing! Even though I am not the "traditional" orthodontic patient, Dr. Snipes has done incredible things for my teeth in such a short time. All of the members of the staff are super friendly, and they make each visit very enjoyable. I was surprised that I dont have a lot of visits. The system of brackets and wires that Dr. Snipes uses does not require that I make multiple trips to town, but the wires obviously do a lot of work in the interim because the difference in my teeth in between visits is dramatic! Would highly recommend this office to anyone!
