Gwendolyn Carter Drove a friend to her appointment last week to renew her MM card (low thc oil registry). We made the drive from Rome (well over an hour with traffic and some confusing back roads, although beautiful and scenic). We were running late but the staff there were all extremely pleasant. We were in and out within about 30 minutes tops! We found all the staff friendly and competent, and the facilities themselves were very clean and actually quite beautiful. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

brooke taylor-mae short This place is wonderful. I took my autistic son here to get his shots and the test done to enroll him in school, the lady who asked all the questions, took his weight and height was AMAZING. She does wonders with autistic kids. He never even cried which was a first. Thank you so much ❤️

Nah Ok Super rude front desk receptionists. They sit on their phone all day to gossip. The women clinic need to do a better job .

Rachel Hennon I havent been to a dentist in over a decade. I was mildly nervous to go have my teeth cleaned because the thought of power tools inside my face is not a very fun fantasy :) The staff was very friendly, professional, and punctual. My hygienist, Courtney, was so attentive and amiable. She did an excellent job explaining all the steps of the process. She made the cleaning easy and now my teeth look and feel amazing. Dr. Houston was helpful and supportive. 5 stars to this crew!

Chatsworth Store Being in an emergency situation, I was so pleased when Dr. Chung worked me in yesterday for an extraction. Having several special needs, including not being able to be laid back very far, Dr. Chung was very accommodating and went out of his way to make me comfortable. The extraction of this very back molar went very well. He was quick, professional and the cost was reasonable. 5 stars. Absolutely.

Andrew Hall Dr Chung was so nice and professional. He took the time before my wisdom teeth removal to talk with myself and my husband about the procedure to answer all my questions and explain every step of the removal. He acted like we were his only patients he had. No rushing though, only the most helpful and companioned care. He is just a very nice person and so is all his staff. Cant thank everyone in this office enough for making a stressful days as relaxing as humanly possible.

Celeste Scott Scheduled a new patient appointment, was informed that it was a two visit process for evaluation and then cleaning. No problem. I arrived and completed the necessary documents within 15 minutes. I then waited another 45 minutes with no one else in the waiting area. Based on my experience, there was one other patient present during this time. I inquired about how much longer it would be and was quickly taken to have bitewing x rays and the panoramic x ray. I then waited another 15 minutes without being seen or told what I was waiting for. I decided to leave and was told by Pam, the office manager, I was not their only patient and new appointments take longer. Im honestly not sure why. If new patient appointments, take a long time (an hour plus) you all should inform folks when calling to schedule. I will not be back.

john campbel After reading the other reviews, I felt the need to write my own review. My wife and I have both been going to Dr. Frank for close to thirty years. We both have always had good experiences here. Dr. Frank and his staff have always been very friendly. I cant imagine them being rude. As he is always up to date on the latest procedures, he is not a "cut rate" dentist. But, you get what you pay for, which is excellent dentistry. I would highly recommend him and his practice.

Randy Hayes My crown popped off this morning and I was given an appointment same day and I was so pleased with that. The staff front & back were so nice and terrific . Dr. Billy was awesome as usual. Gracie, the assistant, was also fantastic and a wonderful singer. It seemed like my procedure was just a couple minutes!

Lenard ZeWasp My wisdom teeth were hurting so I made an appointment. It was about 180$ for a consult and an X-ray. I am fortunate that all three of my wisdom teeth are grown and completely straight so they could pull them like a normal tooth. They offered to pull the tooth that was hurting me same day, but I had a meeting later. They got me scheduled for three weeks later. Tooth was out in 3 seconds and only cost me 160$. One day later and I’m in zero pain.

dawn bostic Really love Dr. Chung!! Very caring. Had some issues with getting appointments made in summer of 2024. Office staff wouldnt make them for some reason & said I had to talk to one specific person for appointments. That specific person is in surgery all day everyday. And I had assistants sometimes that would come in & ask if I was there for an extraction after already having it extracted. But Dr. Chung was amazing!!!

Yana Durishin My husband went there to get a infected tooth removed. DR.Billy! put anesthetic in but did not wait for it too kick in! RIPPED HIS TOOTH RIGHT OUT! he also said my husband smells bad! This dentist should get his license removed! My husband is now in the car crying and screaming in pain! Worst dentist ever! NEVER going back!

Crystal McGhee Best Dentist Experience that I have ever had. All staff, hygienist and Dr. Miller are extremely friendly and professional. They make you and your tag along 2 yr old so comfortable. They explain everything and let you know what will and wont be covered by your insurance and the cost before asking if you would like them to do it. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I felt like family and didnt feel judged not one time. They are absolutely amazing and a lot of dentists offices can learn a lot from them. They only provide services you actually need unlike a dentist I saw two years ago that told me I needed a deep cleaning which would cost me 170 something after they billed my insurance. My hygienist here at Dalton family Dentistry said no that would not be needed... Again Best experience ever and I highly recommend them for both adults and children!

Steve Helms My dentist referred me to Dr. Paik for a possible root canal. Dr. Paik agreed that a root canal needed to be done and showed why in detail. He did an excellent job. I hope I dont need another one, but I would certainly use him again. His staff is excellent, too.

Reagan York My filling came out and I needed a root canal. My dentist referred me to Dr Paik. I was dreading it but it actually didn’t hurt at all! I was very happy with him and the staff. I would highly recommend this practice!

Kim Bailey The entire staff is amazing! Even though I am not the "traditional" orthodontic patient, Dr. Snipes has done incredible things for my teeth in such a short time. All of the members of the staff are super friendly, and they make each visit very enjoyable. I was surprised that I dont have a lot of visits. The system of brackets and wires that Dr. Snipes uses does not require that I make multiple trips to town, but the wires obviously do a lot of work in the interim because the difference in my teeth in between visits is dramatic! Would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Bianca Jane The ABSOLUTE BEST experience I have ever had having oral work done! I was terrified having to come in for a root canal. Have had bad experiences in the past. I was a mental wreck going into the chair and communicated this to him. Dr.Smith was BEYOND kind, gentle and made the entire ordeal so easy I almost fell asleep! He took the entire procedure slowly and made sure I remained comfortable. It was painless!! His staff was just as great! I will continue to come to this office for my future needs.

Anne Hocker 100% Recommend Dr. Smith! I went there to get a 2nd opinion about an issue, and he was completely open and honest about what was going on. He walked me through every detail and explained what and why it was going on. He was very timely and respectful to me and his staff the entire time. Amber Knowles It is a great school I wish we had the same instructors from the beginning it was fun and a great way of learning. If I was to go back to school I would probably try towards more than canton area just bc their programs are just a little more advanced than what we work with but if you are just trying to get your foot in the door bad Thais is only what you can afford then I say go for it !!!

Kristy Mccamish This is straight from our benefit package information. Please someone tell me why I have a sinus infection and need some medicine and they wont see me virtually. When it says it right there plain as day that, that is one of the things you can be treated for virtually. They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me to come to the office, but I cant because Im at work and even if I could, its at least a 40 minute drive for me. WtH??

Kare Newton Dr Mersberger and his entire team are awesome, they really care about their patients. Dr. Mersberger will sit with you and talk about what issues you are dealing with a come up with solutions, and is professional and personable warm doctor. I will always stay with this Doctor and his team, his nursing team, and the front desk are awesome. Their team in the back who draw blood are awesome and kind, and well trained in taking blood, dont hurt me when taking it and keep me calm while they are doing this.

Destiny Spears I feel like the providers really care about your health and dont treat you like a number. It was so easy to get an appt and be seen. The reception nurses are also super nice.

They are super nice to the kids in helping them learn how to take care of their teeth. I have been going to Dr. Ragsdale for 17 years, and he has taken great care of me, my husband, and three children as well. I would recommend Dr. Ragsdale to anyone! I couldnt ask for a better dentist!

Sarai Wade My mother had to get charged extra for doing her X-rays again because this practice never sent the X-rays to the referred practice. We called ahead of time to make sure they will do it and nothing! They were supposed to do it! Couldn’t even call on Monday either to fix their unprofessional mistake because they were closed.

Sabrina Middleton Worst experience of my life went in there on a Friday to get an exam xrays and cleaning. Thought okay new patient special $150.00 isn’t bad well the guy who cleaned my Teeth and done xrays was great, but Dr Soza was very rude. She gave me ibeprohen 800 to take okay fine we’ll the feeling started wearing off a couple hours later after I left so I took the meds and it didn’t help and I was sore, but thought okay this is normal well the pain got worse to the point I was sick to my stomach and my jaw is swollen. So I called them and they were closed on Monday so I called around 8:30 am Tuesday and explained to the woman who answered the phone what was going on she said okay I’ll send the message to the Dr. so around 3 I call back and she said oh she will call you before we close. Never got a call so I called Wednesday morning explained that I never got a called and I’m in a lot of pain and something needs to be done. So finally 30 mins later the Dr calls with an attitude right off the bat and says you shouldn’t be hurting that bad I said well do you think some of the tooth got left she proceeds to say no it came off in one piece with a snappy attitude may I add and then says I don’t give pain meds for a tooth being pulled I don’t give them period I said well I understand that but something isn’t right and I shouldn’t be in this much pain she said well you got a history I said excuse me? She said I looked up your prescription history and you have had a lot of pain meds filled I said mam I’ve had 3 back surgeries and 8 kidney surgeries over the last 3 years so yeah I’m sure I do. I said are you trying to say I just want pain meds from you she said idk if that’s what your trying to do or not. I said no I just wanna feel better and not be sick to my stomach and my face swollen and be able to go to work it’s almost like she knows she messed up something in my mouth that’s why she was putting off calling me. I am very upset considering I just want my mouth to stop hurting and to find out what’s wrong. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone especially if your looking for someone who cares. I have no insurance I paid out of pocket $150 plus another $120 to get the tooth pulled so now I’m having to go to another dentist to get my teeth looked at to see what the issue is because she wanted to be rude and not care. So hopefully when I pay out of pocket this time at another dentist they will care and fix her mess up!!!

Karon Johnson Dr. Purdey is the most patient dentist Ive ever seen. I have a real phobia about dental work and he has always gone out of his way to make sure I am comfortable and at ease with everything he is doing. Ive never been more content with a dentist. His whole staff is as patient and kind as he is. They treat you like family. Sweetest people youll ever meet.

Amber Dain Our family has used Dr. Purdey for many years. He is Great ! We all just love him. He is the best dentist by far than anyone else that we have used in the past. He has patients with each and every one of us. He takes good care of each and every one of us when it comes to our own personal needs and fears of pain. He will not let you be afraid of pain.He will let you know upfront that you will not feel anything. Just to be perfectly honest. I am struggling with the fact that he is no longer in our insurance network. We dont want to go to anyone else. Catherine Griffin Catherine I am a patient of Dr. Purdeys and have been for several years. I always enjoy a visit to his practice, not just because of the historic home in which the practice is located but because of the level of care I receive from Dr. Purdey. The main reason that I see Dr. Purdey is because of previous bad experiences with other painful dentists. They rushed through injections and wouldnt wait for the pain medicine to fully numb me. Dr. Purdey is always patient and never starts his work until I am fully numb. Now I can relax as I get my dental work done...something that I had never experienced with any other dentist! He explained that he was trained in dental school for an entire year by the gentleman who literally wrote the book on pain-free dentistry. It certainly shows! I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist...as long as I am seeing Dr. Purdey.
