Dr. Mersberger will sit with you and talk about what issues you are dealing with a come up with solutions, and is professional and personable warm doctor. I will always stay with this Doctor and his team, his nursing team, and the front desk are awesome. Their team in the back who draw blood are awesome and kind, and well trained in taking blood, dont hurt me when taking it and keep me calm while they are doing this.

I was a mental wreck going into the chair and communicated this to him. Dr.Smith was BEYOND kind, gentle and made the entire ordeal so easy I almost fell asleep! He took the entire procedure slowly and made sure I remained comfortable. It was painless!! His staff was just as great! I will continue to come to this office for my future needs.

Kim Bailey: The entire staff is amazing! Even though I am not the "traditional" orthodontic patient, Dr. Snipes has done incredible things for my teeth in such a short time. All of the members of the staff are super friendly, and they make each visit very enjoyable. I was surprised that I dont have a lot of visits. The system of brackets and wires that Dr. Snipes uses does not require that I make multiple trips to town, but the wires obviously do a lot of work in the interim because the difference in my teeth in between visits is dramatic! Would highly recommend this office to anyone!
