calvin Love this practice. Dr. Dellinger is one of the best. I was especially impressed with my first visit. Dr. Dellinger did some checking around in the mouth. Took X-rays and checked gum line. Also took the time to converse with me about him what he sees as far as care for my teeth. Very down to earth. The hygienist are very nice and gentle. I would recommend Dr. Dellinger if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust.

Betina Partain Dr Dellinger is very skilled, gentle, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. I was in his office today for a temporary crown, the shots did not hurt, there was no pain grinding my tooth down. He is awesome. And his assistant is a wonderful, gentle knowledgeable young lady. She was very gentle and helpful today. Made you feel very comfortable. Dr Dellinger you have a wonderful staff. Thank you so much for your help and care.

Jah Carter Had a bad taste in my mouth about Aspen Dental, I originally went to get a tooth pulled & ended up getting all types of cleanings/fillings I did not ask for and sticked with a $5,000 bill which I did not even receive all treatment because I was so fed up with them. I was terrified to try another dental place especially one offering walk ins. I am beyond happy I found this location. I had a chipped wisdom tooth that was giving me hell on & off. I went in the receptionist was super friendly & informative the wait was a lil long but so worth it very quick process. My X-ray was taken, the specialist came in commented on my other wisdom teeth but focused on what I was initially there for & off to overview my payment plan which was very affordable (I don’t have insurance) then back to prep for the procedure. The woman who took my x ray & prepped me was also very attentive & helped make the process simple & quick. The specialist was great super polite guy. I was so scared but the process was not painful AT ALL. I was very tense in anticipation for pain but it never came & I am so grateful. This experience was beyond pleasant and I will definitely be back when it’s time for my other wisdom teeth to come out!

Consuela I visited this facility recently due to severe oral pain. During the appointment, my wisdom tooth was extracted, and a bone graft was performed. Unfortunately, I am experiencing increased discomfort compared to previous procedures, despite the use of dissolvable stitches. I had opposed this type of stitch placement based on prior experience with a bone graft, where non-dissolvable stitches were used and needed removal. Post-procedure, I was prescribed mouthwash, ibuprofen, and amoxicillin. I was surprised to receive amoxicillin for what I believe may be a localized oral infection, given my age. I attempted to contact the office for follow-up but was advised that someone would return my call. Currently, I need to consult another dentist due to a split in my gum tissue at the extraction site, which may result in additional treatment costs. Although I have insurance, I took out a loan to cover the remaining expenses, resulting in a new monthly bill for a procedure that did not meet expectations. As a healthcare professional working at a hospital, I consulted a physician colleague who reviewed my condition and found the prescribed medication questionable. They also expressed concern that the infection may be worsening.

Dakota Anthony They did a fantastic job! I’m an over the road truck driver, and I’ve called around 150 dentists across the country, and paid for multiple consultations trying to get 6 teeth removed that were causing infection after infection. I’ve had no quality of life for close to a year, the infection caused me to lose hearing, and vision in my left eye. I knew I was dying from it..My Emergency Dental made an appointment next day, and got me in as soon as I got in town! Dr Franklin and his assistant were extremely knowledgeable and did everything to keep pain as minimal as possible. After a year of constant pain and migraines, I am finally seeing life in a positive note again! The vibe was fun and enjoyable at this office! I definitely recommend!

JT Hill I just called this place today to make an appointment at 12:30. It went to voice-mail. Message said our office takes lunch at 1pm to 2pm.I left my name and contact info. Customer service calls back 15 minutes later, worst customer service. Was not welcoming, very inpatient, while I was gathering my information she requested. As a new patient trying to schedule an appointment, I will not call back again. Unpleasant

Trinity Jackson My experience has not been great with this company and its sad because i exhibited a great amount of patience but I’m only met with inconvenience, pain, and a waste of funds. I got fill ins on October 21st and since then I’ve gotten FIVE! readjustments/appointments since then for the same tooth. Every time I went I was met with a “I dont know what could be wrong.” “Come back if you’re having issues.” “I’ll give you a call for a follow up.” Things I should NOT be hearing from my dentist, because YOU did the work. I never received the call back. They never found out what was going on from all 5 appointments. I had an appointment with the actual doctor of the establishment but I could not attend as I had to work. I already missed work, TWICE, for them before. So what? Another doctor can tell me they don’t know whats wrong with their work on MY tooth? I’m done going out of my way for a company that hasn’t shown an ounce of empathy for the pain I go through on a day to day basis. I dislike that I am not given solutions but just more inconveniences. Have your doctor work on a day that I have off. Offer me a refund for pain I never had prior to coming here. ANYTHING other than what I’ve experienced. They’re so chill and laid back about problems they never have to experience in their everyday life. I now have to go to a specialist for pain I did not give myself. Extremely unprofessional. Think twice before coming here.

The way that they treat you when you arrive is just amazing they are very friendly ai would recommend them to anyone. They handle you with care. Tamisha Henry The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They always kept me aware of the timeline from when I would see the hygienist to when the dentist would be coming into the room. Very informative; the receptionist, dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were very thorough in explaining everything. I am not too keen on the office space. It felt to much like business. I am use to the dental office feeling like everyone is comfortable working with each other. It felt to robotic; very checklist (if that makes sense). It did not feel warm although every one was friendly. They advertise all services, however not all locations offer them. You may have to travel for certain procedures. Which means scheduling another appointment, longer wait and more time off from work. They also do not accept dual insurance. This is a major con for me.

Ashley Mitchell I had such a great experience at Sage Dental Office for my first visit! From the moment I walked in, Jovan was warm and welcoming. The office was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. Daisy and Gopal were friendly and did an excellent job getting me worked up for the dentist. Dr. Wilson took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything to me. Everyone made sure I felt at ease throughout the entirety of the visit. I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my dental health. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAGE DENTAL to anyone looking for a great dental experience! I will definitely be returning :)

Gloria Cobb Dr. Brown is the most amazing dentist I have ever used. I started going to her about 2 years ago. Scared to death because of a past experience with a different dentist in a different office I almost canceled my first appointment with her. I am so thankful that I didnt. As soon as I met Dr. Brown I immediately felt that I could trust her. No doubt she is an expert in her field. I have had alot of dental work done by Dr. Brown and she has walked me through every step of the way with kindness, compassion and professionalism. My last procedure was 4 crowns in the front. With zero pain from start to finish she and her assistant Brittany did an amazing job. I Love them!! Dr. Brown and her assistant Brittany are the BEST of the BEST! I Love the entire staff in this office. Everyone is kind and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Brown to everyone. Especially those that have a fear of dentist. Nadeea Starling This office is amazing. The front office staff is very helpful and welcoming. Stephanie, the hygienist, is so thorough. She explained all of my procedures and what I can do to maintain my dental health. Dr. Hancock is so mild and friendly. He has a very reassuring way about him. He took his time examining my teeth and explaining what maintenance is necessary versus what can wait. I had been disillusioned by dental offices that had given me exorbitant estimates on advanced cleanings and unnecessary cosmetic work. I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Hancock’s office. His team is honest and they truly care about your well being. I’m never leaving!

patricia quintero Dr Brown helped me find relief from painful TMJ headaches and jaw pain after one visit. She evaluated my issues and laid out realistic and wholistic treatment options. After seeing a TMJ specialist who proposed a $10k treatment, I was relieved to know Dr Brown’s options were reasonably priced, pain free, quick. I’m so grateful for this office.

Janet Delius My dentist retired and had to find a new one quickly that accepted my insurance. After searching I found Dr. Coleman. Went for my first appointment on 3/21 and was very pleased. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Dr. Coleman was very nice, helpful and funny. He took the time to talk and understand my concerns. Would highly recommend this dental office.

Amy Johnson I wish I could give 10 stars, but google doesnt give me that option. After a HORRIFIC experience at Aspen Dental with an inexperienced "dentist" that did not properly numb me before trying to wrestle out my broken tooth to no avail, leaving me in throbbing and excruciating pain the rest of the day; I opted to come see Dr. Coleman, no matter how long I had to wait, even though I had already paid for the extraction at Aspen. BEST DECISION EVER! I called on a Thursday and they were able to get me in the very next morning, first thing!! Dr. Coleman made sure that I was comfortable and pain free throughout the entire procedure. I was literally done in less than 30 minutes from x-ray, to numbing, to PAINFREE extraction!! I was at Aspen Dental a total of 3.5 hours and left in worse shape than I was when I arrived. Thank you Dr. Coleman and staff for getting me in so quickly and treating me like the only patient that mattered! I will never cheat on you again!! He has a great sense of humor too!!

Melani Dr. Chaney has been my dentist for 21 years. He has taken care of me since I was in the third grade and now I am almost 30 years old! He has taken such good care of my family and I that we have never gone elsewhere. He is very caring and gives the best treatment possible. He will not beat around the bush but also not try to pull a fast one on you. I will continue to see him as long as his practice will be open!

Sandy Pep Dr. Chaney is the best dentist I have had in a very long time. His care is exceptional and does not try to sell any procedures that is not needed. The staff is great and no wait time. The hygienist, Geri, is wonderful. Their office is very well organized and clean and sterile.

Latoya Hill I went to two different for my front left tooth that chipped tooth. The first two dentist fixed the tooth but neither dentist correctly align it with the neighboring tooth so the front tooth was a little longer than the other and about a day later the tooth chipped off in both cases as soon as I hit down on some food. The top front tooth hit the bottom teeth but Dr. Chaney recognized the issue immediately and fixed the tooth the right way! I’m so Happy I only wish I came to him first. Dr. Cheney and his staff are really friendly and helpful I just moved to the Atlanta area and I will meet my permanent dentist family

Nicole Lane Had a 7:30 appointment and was told to be there 15 minutes early. When I arrived, me and an elderly woman waited at the door in the rain for 10 minutes while they conducted a "meeting." When someone came to the door it was 7:25. 5 minutes until my scheduled visit. When the receptionist came to the door, in frustration, she stated the door will be open at 7:30... 5 minutes left to stand in the rain... when I told her we were advised to come 15 minutes early, she shut the door..very rude and unprofessional. We could have waited inside until the meeting was over.. After arriving I was sent to another person instead of reception, as I guess she didnt want to deal with me. After paying, I found out that my hygienist wasnt available... I went be back...

Helen S I went to this location last February. I was suffering terribly and wanted a tooth pulling. I was worked into the schedule after my urgent dental visit, and Dr. O took care not the teeth paining me on the spot. The staff was kind and helpful. This was before Covid, so I am optimistic that the customer service is still A1.

His is also the Most Skillful Dentist I Know of. I was referred to him by a nieghbor 30 + years ago because i was a Scardy-Cat and she told me I would not feel him giving me a shot,or Anything else. She was Right.
