Bradley Hortman Got a small chip in my front tooth last June went to them to fix they shaved off almost half my tooth to put a filling or whatever on it. Fast forward to last week the filling falls off. I call they tell me that it’s not covered after a year and it will prolly be around 400 to fix it again. Had I known you were only going to put a temporary fix on my tooth I would have explored other options before you shaved my tooth.

Jackie Huckaby I really love this dentist, but Im not allowed back because I had to reschedule 4 times and I was a no show twice. We have been working with one vehicle and I stay home with the kids and my husband needed the car for work. I think that policy is ridiculous because life happens. Im a busy mom with no child care. Sometimes things come up and I have to reschedule my appointments as well as my kids. Now Im left to find a new dentist which sucks because I was really comfortable with DR Niette as well as the staff. I was also paying off a bill with them while I had to reschedule. Its not like I completely ignored them. I even offered to pay the $50 dollars for no show appointment and they still refused to see me. No wonder this place isnt as popular as it was years ago. Out of everything they fixed they still failed to fix the main reason I went and thats was for a crown on my front tooth. Go some place where they understand life happens.
